I took my car to the Bedford location in April 2023. I paid 5,000 dollars to get the transmission rebuilt however, it's giving me problems one year later. I took my car back and they're telling me to take it to a mechanic to get a tune up, I did but I thought this was a mechanic shop. Now the mechanic shop I took it to told me my transmission is bad. So now I had it towed back to aamco and they haven't looked at my car now for two days. I think they are giving me the run around because they know there's something wrong with my transmission. Warranty, I've driven more than 18,000 miles in a year (30,000 miles), but a rebuilt transmission should last for 100,000 miles or more after paying 5,000 dollars. So Joe looked at my car and have determine my car have some sensors that's bad, but I have transmission problems as well. Now he's saying I need another rebuilt transmission. I don't have a good feeling about this at all right now. They replaced my transmission a year ago for 5,000 dollars and he thinks I'm fool enough to have him replace it again? Tomorrow I'm going to contact corporate and the district manager to see if I can get a resolve. And the better business bureau needs to hear about this ordeal. I don't recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. This place is a rip-off.

I brought my car in, Joe (the owner) was more than helpful. I had a suspicious sound coming my front end. I walked in and explained the sound I heard. Joe took his time with me, he asked me all the right questions. More importantly, he explained every part that needed replaced and how much parts plus labor were.
My car was done within 48 hours. There was no hassle whatsoever. I would recommend this Aamco above any other shop. Save your time (AND MONEY) & go here first!

Fantastic staff. They're very accommodating and kind. They squeezed me in despite being short staffed and backed up and, even though they didnt end up servicing my vehicle (thank god for warranties) they put in a good word for me with the dealership I took it to. I'll absolutely come back if I ever need the work done.

This facility is very customer service oriented. Joe is a great owner who knows how to treat customers fairly. He always helps me and takes the time to explain what is my best option for any repairs needed. He is very competitive for the repairs he performs and one of the only facilities that does not charge storage.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Great service,very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my car to 3 places they couldn't figure it out,went to Aamco and they figured it out and fixed it in a day! Will definitely be back and will tell all my friends and family to come here. Thanks aamco!
