My friend because she had a magnet of an Israeli flag in her car. Disgusting shop keeper turns away a young girl and won’t service her car. Maybe they also have separate
Drinking fountains for
Certain people they don’t like,
Too? Or maybe they don’t serve people who are named Jane or have big feet? Who knows who they will discriminate against next? A very UN AMERICAN business. Do NOT recommend.

I had some initial concerns during my experience with Bedford Auto Care, but I really appreciate how things were ultimately resolved. After some back-and-forth, we came to an agreement that worked for both sides. In the end, they were willing to work with me to find a fair solution, which I truly respect. I recently had the pleasure of setting up a pre-purchase vehicle inspection with Junior in Bedford, Ohio, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. I have been taking my vehicles to Bedford Auto Care for well over a decade. I have always had great experiences at this location! The employees make sure to explain the issues in terms I can understand. They are quick to get my vehicle fixed and back to me! I have recommended them to anyone I know that needs service, including family and friends. Great service, wonderful staff, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there if you want a fair, honest, and skilled work done for you!

Got a ppi from them which was really bad they completely missed leaks in the car will be reporting them to Ohio board of motor vehicle repair

Came here with my 09 F-150 to have the leaking rack and pinion replaced. They took the time to show me exactly what went wrong and were transparent at every step. I was happy to support them with my buisness and will do so again.
