“This was my first time traveling internationally from Thailand to Cleveland — nearly a 30-hour journey! Freedom2Go truly made my arrival so convenient. Although the reservation wasn’t confirmed instantly, their response was prompt and informative. As soon as I landed at 5:30 AM at Cleveland Airport, the driver was already waiting with a name tag, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors.

“Short-term rental while my car was in the shop. Very tidy, & the staff was very attentive. Would have been a five star rating, but the first location didn't have a vehicle for us & didn't tell us until we were there. We had to go to another location about ten minutes away. Not the end of the world, & the staff at both locations were helpful & nice, but there was that inconvenience.”

“My experience with Avis/Budget in Solon was very positive. This is the third time renting here in the past two months and they have taken great care of me three times in a row. My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”

“I had a really positive experience with the Enterprise location in Bedford, Ohio. Every time I called, someone answered the phone as quickly as they could, even on busy days when they were clearly understaffed. I always felt like they were doing their best to take care of me.
They made sure to get me into a vehicle even when options were limited, and they were incredibly helpful when I needed to switch into something more fuel efficient. Throughout the entire rental period, no matter who I spoke to, the staff was consistently patient, professional, and willing to answer all my questions, especially regarding the rental terms and insurance payments.
At the end of my rental, they were also very accommodating and allowed me to leave the vehicle at a nearby body shop so they could pick it up at their convenience, which made the process much easier on my end.
Overall, the team was responsive, flexible, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated the customer service.”
