No Improvement needed with my customer service today. It was over the top with my representative starla.starla was smiling, friendly and more then eager to give me her best service and she did. Starla went above and beyond to save me money on my prescriptions. She is a perfect example of a leader in public service. Starla should be, if not already a manager. She has the stuff. Thank you for your kind and helpful service.

Very lazy and rude staff. Everything is very slow. Also they close the restroom which have to be open for customers, especially in the big pharmacy chain

Don’t even try calling! Why even have a phone if you NEVER answer it! The pharmacy is very rude and act like they are too busy to help anyone. If you don’t like your job or can’t handle it than quit! I have never had a good experience at this CVS. I’ll just drive to a Walgreens.
