  Had a terrible experience. My mechanics name was Antonio and he completely took advantage of me showing up as a young female. He had inquired about fixing my bumper and fender on his own & when he had given me a price quote of everything I decided to go with him. He replaced my bumper but he admitted there were spots all over my bumper he had messed up, because he decided to Install my bumper when it was not dried thoroughly. He told me before pickup “just don’t look too hard at the bumper”. He also left my key under the mat and left before I could get there for pick up. He also admitted that the bumper was not ready the day it was supposed to be so he rushed the work to ensure I’d get my car back sooner but I would’ve rather had him take his time and let me know it would be a longer time that he’d have my car. There is dried paint smudged all over my new bumper, the paint is two different colors and the new fender he replaced he also managed to put a whole bunch of scratches in it as well. The fender was also not installed properly as it is still loose and I can personally wiggle it. I asked him if he was going to fix the damages as I paid over a thousand dollars for cosmetic repairs & he stated no the work would not be continued until i had paid the rest of the portion that was owed (which was only $230 compared to what I had already given, $900+). I told him I was not paying the rest until he fixed my bumper and installed the fender correctly. He then blocked my number and any other way I could contact him. Leaving me no choice but to leave this review. All around just a very unprofessional job. If you go here do not go through Antonio. Or just don’t go to the dealership at all if this is the mechanics they hire. I could not upload the videos I have but here are pictures of what my brand new bumper/ fender now looks like.
