I see all the comments on how the customer service sucks. Maybe it's the person and not the branch because, THIS IS MY FAVORITE BANK! AND I LOVE THE STAFF!! THEY ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS GREET YOU WITH A SMILE. AFRICAN AMERICAN FRIENDLY.
