Wasn't to happy with my visit it was on a Saturday at 8am they didn't open the doors till 810am it was a few people waiting for oil changes at 8am also no one was at the counter till 830am I seen howard walker and told him my issue he got someone to come over and check us all in I was there till 1045am I even notice tht they changed my oil but did not install my new oil change sticker so I had to go back inside and get my sticker for my next oil change I was very disappointed at ganely come on guys do better on the weekends

The lifters went out in my 2021 Scat Pack and they gave me 0 problems on getting it diagnosed and fixed. unlike other dealer’s. Stephanie in service was great and kept me up to date on the whole process.

Excellent Service, an rewarding experience, from day one, they sold me just what I ordered, I orederd a Ram Cargo Van, with privacy panels on Black Friday, with a little over 200 miles, the van seems to runs better and getting better milage each month. Thanks Paul, Mike and the entire service department, make sure you keep a fresh pot of hot coffee in the waiting room.

I recently visited Ken Ganley to look at cars and happened to speak with a customer who was there for service. The customer was visibly upset, and after hearing their story, I completely understood why. If I were in their shoes, I’d be just as frustrated. It seemed like a simple issue that could have been easily resolved. However, Jim Welsh, the service director, was shockingly rude and dismissive toward the customer. Witnessing this disrespectful treatment was enough to make me decide to take my business elsewhere. I was truly disgusted by how unfairly the customer was treated.

Josh Leutwyler took care of my first car purchase at a dealership and he made it a seamless process. Thank you for your time and care. However, there was zero follow through. They had to order mats for my car and they never arrived. I had to keep reaching out for updates. Then I was told the body and details guys were not in the shop on Saturday so I needed to come back Monday or Tuesday to have a piece popped back in place and a stain removed. I called several times for follow up and never got a response. I even left a voicemail with John in Finance, a lead manager. No response. When I would call the front desk receptionist they seemed unsure of how to direct my complaint. There was a gentleman that overheard my call with the receptionist and called me back because he knew I was told the wrong thing. I wish I would have got his name because he earnestly did try to assist.

I brought my wheelchair van in for a clunking sound which turned out to be the struts. I needed the van for a planned trip in two days. Tim Grafton at GANLEY located acceptable parts and the service professionals completed the job in a day’s time. I really appreciate the fact that Mr. Grafton paid attention to my requested time frame and made sure the van was safe and ready for our trip. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

Travon was great to work with and helped so much with the entire process. He's very no non-sense and honest, I truly felt like he was not just trying to waste my time or make a sale and he walked me through several options. He also didn't stop until I got the best deal possible. I never thought I'd be able to get a brand new car, but Travon made the process simple and explained to me exactly how I can afford a new car.
