Bosko was exceptionally helpful throughout the process of viewing and selecting a 2025 GV80 from their inventory. He was able to get me into the exact trim I wanted with no added difficulty. His post purchase eagerness to help with the technology / other aspects of the GV80 has also been outstanding. I was having my car serviced today and just happened to see this beauty! I have never seen this color on a Genesis before. I’ve been coming to this dealership for over a year now and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend their sales and service staff because they are always professional.

My car smelled like grass after the service. The advisor told me he'd make it on time, which wasnt fulfilled at all.Would never go back to this place again. Reserved this place as other Hyundai centers were filled on time when I was avaialble, no wonder why they had so much slots.

Stay away from this horribly run service department. Took my car in because my GPS is acting up and 3 days later got it back saying I needed to update the software even though it was up to date. Took it back and they said there was a new software update to do but they installed the same version that had been on the car since before the first visit. Now they say they won’t accept my Allstate extended warranty even though other dealerships accept it and I bought it directly from a Genesis dealer. Complete waste of time and it still isn’t fixed. Go elsewhere.

Bought a 2024 GV80 from Genesis of Bedford. Bob Randall took the lead and Kourtney Nannarone handled some of the nuts and bolts. Bob was a consumate professional and was quick to make sure I saw what I needed. He was a "no pressure" kind of guy which was refreshing.Kourtney did a lot of the other aspects of the sale outside of showing the cars, and she was very knowledgeable about the whole Gensis lineup and their tech features. She immediately made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. It felt like she enjoys what she does.I also want to mention the trade in evaluator (can't remember his name) who, although he drove a hard bargain, also took the time to speak with me like a real human being about life stuff and not just cars.Generally, these three sales people made the experience painless, interesting, and enjoyable. I would buy a car from them again, hopefully, next time at a stand alone Genesis dealership.
