black mold in the cooler this is repulsive and disgusting clean and disinfect that , and it looks like you have a slauter house in the egg cooler.

My doctor called in a script and my dogs vet also called in a script yesterday morning. Both scripts are not ready yet today. One was for only 4 pills. The other was for 25. Last week my husband's doctor called in a prescription that was expensive and they decided we couldn't afford it. My husband has been taking it for 10 years. How does this even happen? How can they make that decision without asking us?

The Pharmacy Needs Better Customer Care!!!Quick to speak and impatient to listen to the patients questions or needs, all why like you hear the chomping of gum on the other end of the phone!!! This used to be my pharmacy of choice....

This was a nice neighborhood grocery store until hoodrats moved into the area and began the usual process of tearing it down. Now, this store never has anything in stock. I've never seen the shelves so bare and the restroom always smells and looks destroyed!!!!

The Pharmacy is awful they will see you sitting at the window and keep talking to one another and acting like they don't see you. I could see if all of them were helping someone but they aren't their just standing there acting busy. Not even worth the one star.

An old, extremely dark black woman, with way too many grey hairs named Lydia or something was being very difficult and very rude. My family and I had a cart filled with things but left empty handed because she made us never want to shop at Giant Eagle ever again

I am glad corporate continues to keep this store open to serve the community. If you know anything about demographics-you know its a choice. That said, I do not buy produce here as corporate seems to send the older produce to this store on a consistent basis. And I agree some employees sit and spin in apathy & the store isn't pretty like the others, but for the most part it's clean and has some very good employees. The meat department is always helpful and willing to help. I support our neighborhood store whenever possible.
