Never has anything in stock and is dirty. Slightly better than maple heights, but when we need a real Giant Eagle, we go to the Market District in Solon. It’s clear which stores they don’t care about!

This grocery store is nasty. Everything about it is gross. The employees are rude and don't talk to you or help you find anything. The prices are outrageous, and do yourself a favor go somewhere else. If you have to use the restroom, go outside!! It's way better than their restroom. It smells like someone pee'd all over the place.

I ran in here in a hurry on a road trip for some batteries and this was a convenience stop since I don't know my way around the store, I had to stop and ask someone who was very helpful and very accurate in their directions so I could get in and out quickly with what I needed

The pharmacy staff was great.
Update August 2024: meat inventory was very low, couldn't find 1 lb of 93% lean beef, no ground chicken, hardly any chicken, very empty shelves.

Staff and customers are great and everything is stocked well
Unfortunately it is obvious that the corporation Giant Eagle is severely under serving the staff and customer by letting the building fall into such a disgraceful state of disrepair. You can see it hasn't been renovated in well over a decade as it still has there old graphics on the walls that doesn't even match their current logos. Floors is crumbling, carts are falling apart and barely useable.
Do better for your customers and staff Giant Eagle.

The pharmacist and technician needs to work on their attitudes toward customers because I wasn't treated fairly when I was picking up client's prescriptions and I did type client's right birthday and was still denied even though they just talked to her on the phone and she needs her prescriptions. I am glad I don't get my prescriptions from there.
