Terrible service department. they screw up appointment times, are late to pick up the cars and late to deliver. I had a car in and out three times for the same problem. They don't test anything before declaring it fixed. What I do love are the cars and salespeople. Too bad the service department makes them all look bad. I will purchasing my next one from a different NEO Hyundai dealership.

Do NOT waste your time here. I purchased a car here, after being approve by the bank. I had the car almost a month with out no one communicating to me that I had to send some documents. The finance department is a joke, they do not take their job seriously. I also waited another month to get my money back, mind you this I went to this dealer 3 times and wasted my time. Yo will be very dissatisfied with their service don’t do it they treat people very poorly. Horrible service!

Other reviews are absolutely accurate about customer service.
We were 100% going to buy car. We asked sales person to give us option for Elantra and Tuscan. We told our monthly payment goal.
The sales person or anyone in the showroom, didnot make an effort to sell any car.
It was very awkward as we would ask him for a price for a car, he had to go to desk to get it thn we would ask for a feature he will go back again. No additional inform Provided, just gave us about what we asked. No sticker tags on the display cars.
The “manager” sitting behind desk not even bothering to ask what they can do. When question about some fees on the estimate, the sales person was like “i dunno it just there and thats the best he can do” we asked to speak to manager to get pricing cleared for sale or get other options but he said “this is best we can do” and managers along with 4 other people were just hanging out and talking/laughing.
Least bothered to actually sell a car.
Owner’s wife had one car out for her use, which is fine but at least dont tell customers that.
Very disappointing as we really needed a car, like today.
Going to a different Hyundai dealership.

This place is BAD. Customer service is horrible. I'll NEVER buy another Hyundai and NEVER recomend anyone to This store. Car is 4 years old and had been serviced for oil leaks 3 times in 6 months. Gasket issues, oil pan issues. They fix it and something else goes wrong. Service department is horrible at communicating. MY car has been there 5 days and NO LOANER Car available. There are probably no loaner cars because their service garage is filled with crap Hyundai that need repaired. At any rate un acceptable no communication and terrible inconvenience

We have had the worst car experience ever! And I've had cars since '89. We bought a car in October from a used dealership. It was brought into the used dealership and in December for a throne rod . It was there until January 24th when it was sent to Hyundai of Bedford and returned in February. Repairs done by Hunter Silva shortly after The engine light came on So we brought it back to Hyundai of Bedford service again by Hunter Silva. Shortly after the car stopped accelerating past 60 miles an hour due to our granddaughter's medical issues we didn't take it in right away so we would have transportation in case of an emergency. That emergency occurred, she began to have seizures while on the road I could not rush her to the hospital because the car would not accelerate so we had to call 911. We sent it back to the dealership May 24th Hunter Silva replaced a knock sensor. On June 12th we came out of the house to find the car we haven't driven in 20 minutes emitting black smoke. Again my wife and granddaughter were starting to enter the car. The fire department was called the engine was hosed and it was deemed a wiring issue. I began a case with Hyundai corporate Garrett. I had to go through a long process and lots of paperwork just to schedule an inspection by a third party inspector. They told our car to Hyundai of Bedford! This was approximately a 30-day process again without a car. as part of the procedure for inspection we were not to change the car in any way post accident. While at Hyundai of Bedford Hunter Silva continued to inspect the car even though he was told not to inspect it and given the corporate case info. His supervisor was contacted by Hyundai corporate and he was told to desist inspections. He continued to call us seemingly with no recollection of speaking with us. First he said the car was fine minus corrosion, no evidence of fire. Then he said on a second call it was leaf debris, throughout this process and inappropriate unauthorized inspections Hunter Silva continued to try to present us with invoices only to rescind them after being presented with evidence of his incompetence. The corporate findings were that it was an issue for the service department. Hunter Silva. Defeated we went to obtain service records Hunter Silva refused to give us all of the records, refused to let us speak with a supervisor and threatened to call the police if we did not take our car and leave the premises. Then Hunter silver returned our car without securing the battery terminal so our car shut off on the road!. The people of Bedford and surrounding areas deserve better service than this. This could have cost us our lives!! I have reports and emails to support these claims.

I purchased a car from this location and believe that I was sold a used vehicle with a bad engine. I keep having to take it back in. This will be my fourth time having to get it checked again because it reeks of gas and oil smells. I cannot drive myself or my kids around in this vehicle because it’s going to make us sick. Do not purchase a used vehicle from here. I was lied to and told that nothing was wrong with my car before purchasing it.
Update: this will be my fourth time taking the vehicle in. I hope that the service department actually fixes what is wrong with the engine this time. I’ve been told by an employee at Jiffy Lube that gas is literally spilling onto the engine. They ran a test on it and the same codes are being generated that have been showing up the last three times I’ve taken the vehicle in to get fixed. This means that the service department is not actually fixing the car.
Update: I had to take my car in for a fourth time and was schedule to be seen to get it diagnosed to see if it qualified for a new engine.
The employee working the desk that day however tried to pretend like he did not know what my car was in the shop for. I know that he knew because they had one of the other employees try to hide me in another room by myself during the diagnosis.
I had someone pick me up from the dealership and got a call from the employee who checked my car in later and tell me that there was nothing wrong with the car and he needed to know what I put it in the shop for. This was insulting and agitating to say the least. I tried explaining to him and he kept acting like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then, he LIED and said that the warranty that the dealership sold me about 15 months prior was no longer good!
I had to pay $100 deductibles three times for them to not be honest and fix the car. That warranty was also only good at their dealership! So after the manager of the services department declined to fix my car that THEY SOLD ME, I had to go to other Hyundai dealerships to he told that they were not in network with the warranty company!
During this time the car's engine literally stopped working and I broke down in a neighborhood near the other Hyundai dealership. The engine would cut off at every stop light and stop sign. I ended up finding a dealership that was willing to work with the warranty company and fix what they found. However, after a couple months of getting it fixed it is starting to pump exhaust fumes back into the car. I believe that it is affecting my health and the health of my children.
I have to commute my child to and from school several times a week about two hours a day and I am noticing that I am feeling sick and tired after driving it those distances.
It's disgusting that selling people bad cars is something the be proud of to this dealership. What they did to me was wrong and the person that sold me the car should not have been able to work there, but this is what sales people thrive on???? Selling people who can't afford new cars, bad ones???? Despicable and shameful. There's no honor in that.

I leased a car from them, it took them 4-5 months to finish the paperwork. Now, three years later I purchased the car and it was repossessed by the leasing company because they never processed the paperwork yet again.

Do not bring your car here. They charged me $250 to poison me and my child. They used some kind of aerosol in my vents and I asked what the smell was. They told me it was "all natural" and safe to breath. After two days it still smelled odd and I found the can they used in my car--they had left it on the floor by the cabin filter! The can said it was not safe to breath in the vapors or fumes and to only use in a well-ventilated area. My child and I have been breathing the fumes for two days because they SPRAYED IT IN THE AIR VENTS. I had to call poison control and they told me not to bring my child back in the car and to only drive with the windows down. I'm taking it to another detailer today to see if they can undo this somehow.

This has been by far the worst experience with a dealership that I have ever had. The person who handled my case was extremely rude, argumentative, hard to reach and inconsiderate. My car was at the dealership for about 4 weeks for something that could have been fixed in 2-3 days. The amount of lies, misleading and wrong information provided was unbelievable -such as statements that my issue was related to the transmission and should be covered by the warranty and the amount due kept changing up and down.

Service has certainly declined. I understand that when you are given a time estimate it is just that an estimate. However, they should be able to give you an estimate that's within an hour of their projection. You never know how long you're going to be there.
Additionally, I called to schedule an appointment. Was told that the Genesis coordinator would call me back shortly. I didn't get a call back for 3 weeks. I am happy with the car but will have to get service from another dealer

This is the very worst dealership i have ever bought a car from. They have zero service, they are rude and not responsive. No one calls you back. So sorry i bought a car from them and if i could return it i would. DO NOT GO THERE

La’Ronda Simmons always ever since I have known her to have excellent customer service she is easy to deal with and help you with your needs no rushing. Soon as I pay down my SUV I will be going to this young lady for a upgrade and I know I will not be disappointed.
