Jay Honda treated me well. I got a flat tire and went in for a replacement. It took much longer that initially expected, but it was done well and I went my merry way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus, there was ample seating in the waiting area. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

The woman in the parts department,I feel, went above and beyond her responsibilities to help me in an emergency where I had my car towed with a flat tire while I was passing through from out of town. She made an extra effort to accommodate me and my dog who was traveling with me. However my wheel got scratched in the process. I’m kinda upset about my wheel otherwise this place would’ve gotten 5 stars.
