I broke my leaf springs. I overloaded my trailer. I drove out to JTI. They had everything I needed. Plus the prices are reasonable. I've been going here many of years. I bought a trailer from them, 9years back in 2015 I believe. I still have that trailer today. I had my trailer gate fixed and welded, purchased hubs, they repaired an axle for me that I broke. No fault of theirs. I bought wheels here for my trailer. If you need some work done I believe you still have to make an appointment they are pretty busy. At the time when I needed work done they were about 2 weeks to a month out. But if you go here you won't go wrong. I've never had a problem with JTI. If you need anything done with your trailer I recommend JTI

Super helpful and nice. More importantly they had what I needed and knew exactly what I was talking about.. even though I gave them hardly anything to go off of. Parts fit and I felt much safer with my new hubs and bearings for a long trip the next morning.

My cousin and I were traveling from Rhode Island to South Dakota. We pulled into our first campground on Thursday night in Streetsboro, Ohio. We discovered that the leaf springs were broken. We called places that night. No answer and can’t do it.
Next day(today) we called them at 11:30am and we were back on the road at 3:45 pm. Thank you for saving our trip!’

Came in for the first time today needing a replacement spring and parts desperately to get my business back on the road. I was helped by Ken and Dan who were beyond helpful with getting me what i needed and a few parts and tips that really helped this non mechanic get it installed and working perfectly. The store is loaded with every hitch, connector, light etc etc you could ever need. Ill never go anywhere else and its 30 seconds off the highway

Trevor and the whole service crew have got to be the best in the industry. They’re willing to spend that extra time away from home to make sure an emergency fix is completed in a very tight deadline. One of the best (if not the best) trailer repair shops in the nation.

Came in to pick up set of complete brakes for our trailer. I gave some info to ken and he questioned it as it didn't sound right. I called my buddy who's doing the work and ken got on the phone with him and they got the right parts. Oopsie on my end but he wanted to be sure that I got the right parts! Great place would highly recommend!

On a long road trip our camper axle failed. We had the towing company bring it to JTI. Everyone here was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They got us taken care of at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank God for the wonderful and kind hearts at this establishment! They truly helped my family and I way more than they had too. Our pop up tent had a broken blinker, which was a job that required time and assistance. They were willing to fit us in without notice and correct the problem efficiently before closing. It’s the thoughtfulness and willingness of Thomas and John especially that blessed my family in our endeavors. They are hard working and very polite.
