Amber was such a huge help about getting my unit together. SO MUCH CHEAPER, but doing it online. I recommend having Extra Space Storage is worth my money because of no hidden fees.

Easy to reserve online. Clean and secure facility. Staff on site of there are any issues. Great prices too. Would use again and would recommend.

They increased my monthly rate $80 after 4 months. This is not a long term solution for storage. After several phones calls they reduced the increase to a $50 increase. They said I can expect another increase 6-8 months later. Do not use for any long term storage needs!!!

It was the Fourth of July and I needed a storage space for an automobileā¦ No one was open. I called Extra Space Toll-free number and the process was seamless. I didnāt need to meet with anyone in person. All I did was download the app, Fill out the information, input the access code sent to me an email, Drive up to the facility and enter the access code. Drove straight to my storage space, and a brand new lock and key were right inside the storage spaceā¦ Easy Peesy, chicken greasy.š
