Heaven forbid if you have a problem. They aren’t there to help, just defend. I highly recommend you not buy from this site. They seem deceptive and are condescending if you call with a problem. You lose when dealing with this companyThere prices ended up approximately twice what the local mower shop was for the exact same partsThe owner’s response below is not accurate because if you go to M and D’s web site it never identifies it as an inter tube but does say tire. The site he referenced clearly says inter tube and has a picture so don’t continue misleading people and blaming the customer. Notice how the owner always feels it not his fault and offers no help. This pattern is the same on all the people that had issues

Haven't received order yet or text or email response, phone rings no one answers and appears there is no option to track.Response from the owner26 minutes agoThat payment was refunded per your request so no shipment will be sentThis is not true, I did not request a refund nor did I receive a refund. All I want is my order to ship, it appears it is easier for M&D to respond quickly with a false statement to a review than to fill an order and ship it. I would prefer you answer my text/email and ship my order please.

The M&D customer service was the kindest, courteous, and most knowledgeable person I have spoken with in about a year. I whole heartedly recommend M&D on this very point alone. Parts are parts. But excellent customer service is priceless. Thanks, M&D!

Waiting for over a year has finally paid off. The parts are available. I await delivery, but I'd all but given up. The problem is not M&D - it's the manufacturer. M&D has been great.

Not a good experience dealing with M & D Mower.I ordered a Greenworks Part for a Pole saw from M & D and I was sent the wrong part. I did contact M & D & Greenworks both and it was found that the part # from Greenworks & M & D was the same part # for 2# separate parts..You would think M & D would say return the part and we will pay for return Shipping since it was not the part I wanted, no not the case...After speaking a second time to Greenworks & M & D, neither one wants to take the blame but the fact is, M & D shipped the part I did not ask for. M & D Mower should refund me the $45.00 it cost me to ship that back..So if you order a part for a part from M & D and the manufacture and M & D have the incorrect Part # for that Item, M & D will not cover return shipping for there and or the Manufactures mistake.

I was directed to M&D by a manufacturer from whom I had been unsuccessfully seeking a replacement part using the manufacturer’s own website and parts ordering Tree for nearly a year. When I placed my order with M&D the manufacturer had not yet provided them with the part. However, M&D kept my order on file and shipped me the parts as soon as they were in stock. I was very pleased with the M&D website, the ordering experience, and customer experience. I am glad to know them as a trustworthy source for replacement parts.

I had placed an order for replacements part and noticed I provided an incorrect zipcode. I called to correct, and the phone rang for quite a while, but a lady picked up, she was very courteous and told me that there was part of my order that they could not fulfill. I was asked if I wanted wait until the whole order was there or send what they had and refund me. I opted for the refund and received my order maybe 3 days later. I'd do business with them again,

Company Has A Toll Free Phone Number. When You Call It. You Get The Automated System, It Tells You To Hold On. Then The Phone Ring's, An It Will Ring All Day Long. Then They Have A Text Option. An You Never Get A Reply. The Review's For This Company Are Something Else. The Same Part From Another Supplier Is $33.00 More. Well Worth It

was referred to this company directly from GreenWorks, they verified the part # on their website, it didn't fit. I tried to return item, but the return shipping costs ended up being a loss for me on this item. i wouldn't use them again because of this.

I saw what I thought was smoke and water coming out of the top of my new pressure washer and took it to M&D to be checked out. They were very helpful and after inspecting they found that I had burned a hole in the power hose and what I saw was not smoke but steam. The owner Dave took the time to show me where the hose made contact with the muffler pipe. He waived the minimum inspection charge and gave me a used power hose he had in the in the shop. This is above and beyond great service. They definitely have all my future business.

Very Professional & easy to deal with. M and D had the part in stock, and shipped it out quickly, When No one else had it in stock or had an idea when they would. The price at M & D was also the cheapest of every place I checked with. They have a new customer for life.
