“Chagrin Pet and Garden is an effective source of outdoor equipment. Great selection, competitively priced, but, most importantly, the representatives are knowledgable, cordial, informative. A pleasure.”

“I drove about a half hour to get grower size chicken grit which is far considering there's multiple tractor supply stores much closer. However, next time I need some (or related product) I'll not even think twice about returning there. The prices were fair and the staff was actually really friendly. Not used to that anymore...”
“I needed some medium sized multicolored rocks (4-8 inches) to fill in some gaps in my landscaping and they had the perfect rocks I was able to choose from. Very helpful and responsive.”
“Great selection and prices esp if u go in late season. I will def during winter for their houseplants. I prefer them better to the ones ib cleveland heights. They have the best prices!! Also very nice and flat rate delivery to clev hts.”
“I’ve dropped by a few times and staff have always been so helpful and so kind. They have so many gorgeous plants - not just flowers! - and their prices are really good. Absolutely love this place!”
“I started my very first garden from the plants I bought from them. Any questions I had I was given good advice. I look forward to purchasing more plants for my garden next year.”
“The size of Kollman's from the road is deceiving, it just doesn't look that big when you drive by.
It's a lot bigger than you imagine and has a wide variety of perennials, garden plants, annuals and tropical plants.
It's no frills, the buildings have been around for many decades.
There is a restroom available, but you have to walk about a hundred yards to the red barn to get to it.
The plants are healthy.
We bought yet another Hosta we didn't have...”
“Nied Garden Center just completed a project leveling and repositioning the river stone on our patio and we are very pleased with the outcome! Greg came by to assess our issues and we were able to schedule the work quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to complete the job and meet our expectations. Chris and Alex were wonderful to work with. They are so hardworking and take pride in their work. They also checked in with us frequently during the project so that we were on the same page. I highly recommend them and will call on them again for future projects!”
“If you're looking for a company to have any products delivered
The drivers will always find a way even if there's wires hanging up etc
The place to Mulch where you need it to be
Furthermore you get what you pay for
They're probably the most inexpensive companies that are out there
Most importantly they're very reliable and they work together as a team
I've been with him 10 plus years
From my company this is the safest
For quality product and expected delivery time”

“They were very helpful and easy to work with. They helped me pick out just the right tree. It was ready for me to pick up when I arrived as planned. They helped load it and made sure it was ready for the ride home. Very happy customer. THANK YOU! 😊👍”
“Trustworthy, friendly, honest and reliable. High quality materials, their products’ quality surpassed expectations- very rich soil at competitive prices. Don’t bother going to big box stores, they will charge you 3x more for lower quality. The whole experience was easy and not frustrating at all. Great customer service. We highly recommend. And we will be going back next year.
Benefits:
Able to split cubic yard orders and combine top soil with compost.
Rescheduled due to rain on initial day no addt charge or substantial wait.
Workers remembered me after I ordered, seamless process with no confusion.
Delivered on time.
Great prices.”
“Arrived at 11am, started loading immediately.
Tight place for trucks, very hard to back up from the street or to turn around on their lot (be careful with your air lanes and tires)”
“Absolutely love this nursery! The team is super helpful and very friendly! They are very knowledgeable and helped us build out a wonderful shade garden. The prices are great and the plants/flowers are high quality. I highly recommend this local nursery.”
“Had a great experience with Kwana in the appliance department. Customer service was great with Ann plus the store manager Lee was awesome! Everyone deserves a raise!”
“I love the staff here. They are always helpful. I am able to find what I need quickly and easily. The reason for my one star deduction. The lack of cashiers. I went two days in a row. And both days had about 20 people in line. Took about 15-20 mins to check out. But the rest of the business is spot on. I will keep coming back.”
“Denise in the Lumber department at Home Depot in Macedonia was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service—thank you, Denise!”

“Gupta is the man! He helped us solve an issue with a broken closet wall mount. We walked out with a mount that was a bit larger than the original, but took his advice and purchased electrical tape to manage filling the gap. This guy is awesome and shared a little personal wisdom as we walked around the store solving our issue. Give this man a raise - he deserves it!”
“Tamika was the cashier who went above and beyond her needed duties. Not only helping me over the phone with refund information but making the process smoother when I went to the store!”
“I believe anyone who doesn't love Home Depot doesn't know anything!! I love this store. Finding things on accident is awesome!!! I love the seeds they plant in my mind for future projects. Great service from everyone too”

“They have an awesome amount of plant inventory. Pricing is a lil above normal, but they do probably have what you're looking for and they take great care of their plants. The outside area (greenhouse) could do with better signage so you can find your specific plants easier. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! At the exit there is a nice loading zone section to pull your vehicle up to and get loaded up without worry of other cars parking or driving by while your cart is sticking out at the rear of your vehicle...much safer and more convenient!!!”
