“Just wanted to drop a quick note how excellent the service was at this UHaul location. Well worth your time to start here. Office building was spotless, owner super laid back and helpful, and this may sound like a small thing…but it’s a big thing to me. It was a chilly morning when I picked the 15 ft cube van up and while I did paperwork, the owner got the truck, pulled it right up to the entrance and left it running with the heat on so it would be toasty when I departed. Awesome! Appreciate the folks here and top level, thoughtful service…”

“We initially reserved a Penske truck through home depot the night before we needed it. When we arrived they did not have a truck there for us. We panicked since we had a big day of moving planned. We went to the Penske in Willowick to see if we could remedy the situation. I wish I caught his name but he was absolutely wonderful. He instantly found our reservation, gave us a discounted rate on mileage and had us on the road within 15 minutes with a crisis averted. We will absolutely use Penske again!”
