There is something fraudulent going on at this post office!! Mailed 2 letters last week there and now in less than a week I have 2 banks calling me about one of my checks changed to withdraw 10,000 out of my account. There is no safety at any post office because Solon lost 8 of my bills and I had to cancel 8 checks!! What is going on at these post office sites? Behind the scene scammers????

NOT SAFE!!!
I mailed 2 checks at the post office to pay taxes. Neither arrived at their destination and then there were a bunch of fraud attempts on my bank account. Had to open a new checking account. Now it's been over two weeks since I did that, so I called the bank to ask when my debit card was coming. They said it has been activated!!! This can not all be coincidental - the common denominator is the Bedford post office. Outgoing checks stolen and misused, AND incoming debit card stolen and activated! I know it wasn't taken out of my mailbox because I get informed delivery emails daily, and it did not show up as on the way. Not the carrier's fault, I took the checks to the debit card apparently never got to him. There is a real problem at this post office. Reported to Postal Inspection Service, who of course can not be bothered to contact me. I will now be forced to pay for a PO box in another city and take all outgoing mail there, because this can not be allowed to continue. I also had a credit card go missing in transit a while back and thought it was a fluke, but now I don't think so.

The worst. Super slow service, the women at the registers don’t care at all. The website says they close at 6pm but upon arrival they told me it’s 5:30pm. Doesn’t make much sense. If they were a privatized business and not government organization they would be out of business by now. I know amazon is working on mail service so as soon as that’s up and running I’m sure we won’t have to worry about dealing with terrible service from the post office. Elon is going to put these workers out of a job. A kiosk is so much faster cheaper and smarter. USPS is terrible.

Meanest rudest post office I’ve ever been. Should just be closed put out of its misery. Employees are mean and miserable and not at all helpful in the rudest way. Go to any other post office to get your mail taken care if you don’t want to be treated like garbage. Would love to give negative stars for them wasting my lunch break.

Actually zero Stars. Their mail carriers think it's okay to pepper spray animals inside their fenced in yard. I have filed complaints with three different places to get this place taken care of. They should not have the right to abused animals inside their fenced-in yard.

If you even get your mail at all it will take weeks. My home mail in Macedonia is delivered within 2-3 days. My mail at my shop in Bedford Heights shows up 3 weeks after postmark, if at all. Have had numerous pieces of mail "lost". Half the time the mailman doesn't even show.
