If you even get your mail at all it will take weeks. My home mail in Macedonia is delivered within 2-3 days. My mail at my shop in Bedford Heights shows up 3 weeks after postmark, if at all. Have had numerous pieces of mail "lost". Half the time the mailman doesn't even show.

I have “no trust” in the delivery of my mail. We have had various substitute carriers over two years now. I suspect with a carrier shortage there’s many days nobody on my street gets mail. Constantly missing mail. Last week I received mail from one day for 3 other people from three different cities.

Love this location. The two ladies that work the front desk are amazing. They keep you from making mistakes that would impact your delivery times. They are very nice and courtes.

Lost our Priority Mail package stated it was then return to sender, but no tracking info was updated stating it had been returned to sender. Our post offices need to do better when we are paying so much to mail things especially when it affects our business. The lady at the counter was very nice, but that didn't help me get my mailing and it was never returned, it's just lost!

The older woman at from desk always have an attitude. Don't want to help assist you. Especially the African American lady with short blue hair. She doesn't need to work at front desk wit customers with her bad attitude. Miserable older woman.

Just very bad customer service. Two of the older ladies that work there always have an attitude or just very nonchalant.. every time I get package sent to this post office it’s never there or they just don’t want to look!!

Have been tracking a package for 2 days now…..Shows that it has been out for delivery……..back at the PO……..out for delivery again, and back at the PO. Out for delivery THREE times, and back at PO……..WTH is going on??????

The worst postal office ever. Waiting for a package to be delivered never came put in a missing package and was told that it was delivered. Mailman claim he delivered it but he lied. I always have problems with this postal office.

Why is it so hard to the job you applied for? My regular mailman is the greatest ever but when he ain't working the women who cover for him don't care. I run a business from home and use the schedule pickup request and my regular mailman will pick up my packages no problem. But when the women are covering for him on his days off, they don't pick up my packages even though they are scheduled pickups. Just like today. I had 3 packages sitting by the mailbox so the postal worker sees them and is reminded but guess what....they didn't pick up my packages and then marked them as picked up. You applied for job not me. I'm just using the service that is provided to me. But best believe my regular mailman is going to get a NICE Christmas card. I'm so sick of it. I have called and complained to the supervisor and it doesn't change.

I typically go to the Bedford post office several times a week and have been for years.The people working at the Bedford branch have done a really good job of dealing with the closure of other post offices in the area, especially Maple. The amount of additional traffic when that branch closed was a challenge and they have handled it well.I notice that most of the interactions between customers and employees are pleasant and quickly done.There are long lines at times, because there are lines everywhere! This is the new reality. Someone from the back will ask people if they can help or if they need to wait for a clerk. The clerks try to get people through the lines as quickly as possible and as politely as possible.I am shocked by the amount of negative reviews I see. That is not the experience I have when I am there. The clerks are very nice and efficient. They greet me by name and get my business done very quickly.At times, they have had to deal with rude people yelling at them about circumstances that are not in their control. They don't yell back, but try to deescalate the situation. I just shake my head at these crazy people. They are ones who seem to be leaving all these negative reviews!

Here is another review of mine. This place is rated so low because of the way the people act as well as them claiming on their Informed Delivery website that you can chat with an agent. But when you fill out all of the requirements, it claims your request was closed because no agents are available.The reason why I want to talk to them is because of a bill they had a picture of in the Informed Delivery part of the website but I never received my bill. Obviously it was delivered to the wrong house. This has been happening a lot where mail is delivered to the wrong address. It’s not that hard to look at the addresses of people’s homes. Ridiculous.Why have the option to talk to someone then?!
