If you take a tv their trying to get it fixed they’ll most likely recycle it, if u take a laptop their you’ll end up getting a different brand laptop in return, their joke, they “forget” about your order immediately they’ll swap ur property with someone else’s and decide to use again, YOUR PROPERTY for parts 10/10 don’t recommend go to any else but here, check posts about them on fb, their reputation is being dirty and stealing, a joke of a buisness.

So back in October we took an 86" TV to Frizzi's in Bellaire because the backlight went out. I call a few days later to check in on it. The guy says that it is the backlight and the parts are on back order.. so we wait & wait for the part to come in/ tv be fixed, I call them up a month later & I'm told that someone will return my call, no one does. Busy with work & not my number one proiorty the tv slipped my mind I called the store and asked about the TV the day before yesterday & the guy told me that it's not in the store and they must've moved it to the other storage they have & that he needs to call his boss to find out and he'll call me back. No call back, I call again inquiring about the TV as there about to close he proceeds to tell me that his boss RECYCLED THE TV without our knowledge or permission & that they tried to get a hold of me back in December.. LIE. No calls or texted updates. I reach out to the boss on fb & he thinks that what they've done Is fair & doesn't wanna reimburse me for our TV. So beware of Frizzi Customs they will steal your property. && quite honestly, I don't think it was recycled. I think the TV sitting in someone's house. Tried to handle things the right way, but this is just BAD BUSSINESS Derek R Frizzi straight up! It's a damn 86" tv not a damn 40" that was a 1500$ TV.

My computer was 9 years old and processing extremely slow. Frizzi Customs replaced hard drive and I had my computer back within 7 business days. All data & information was there and all I had to do was plug it back in. Works like a brand new one! Very reasonable and such polite people. Highly recommend them !!

If you need any work done on your device, don't look any further. This place is absolutely fantastic. Fast & affordable service, very kind and honest, quality work, and blows any other competitor out of the water. I am very fortunate to have made the right choice and take my device to Frizzi. 100% recommended!

I had spilled water on my computer that is only two years old. I was misquoted at another establishment , where I feel I they were attempting to sell me a new computer. Frizzi's corrected my original quote and saved me $1000. Thank you - they were extremely friendly and the communication was superb. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very knowledgeable about different types of computers, smart watches, and tablets. Took my computer in because it was not charging properly. They ordered me an international replacement part; however, it was a charging cord problem. They offered to order the charging port. I declined the offer. They did charge me a holding fee, but did clean the inside of my computer. I felt that they were honest, and did not take advantage of my novice clmputer experience. In addition, they did not nickel and dime me.

I have been dealing in computers for longer than I can remember and have never seen such quality and professional work! Drew and James are "top-notch" and I challenge anyone to find another computer repair shop at better prices. I highly recommend them for any electronic repair or purchase of equipment!

I thought they were nice people but I brought in a iPhone 13 proac I was interested in selling they told me they would give me $475 for it that id just have to wait a day. I waited multiple days now and have called quite a few times all they can say is they will call me back which they never did. Kinda felt like I was just getting the run around and nobody could actually help.

If you should ever have a problem that you think is insurmountable, never fear Drew and James are here!!These young men worked diligently to recover my FB account, never once giving up on finding a solution!!I can't recommend Frizzi Customs enough, they are truly geniuses when it comes to electronics!!Once again, THANKS you guys for all of your help and your not going to defeat me attitude!!
