A storm rolled in about the time it was ready and they offered to keep it in the shop until the next morning. So glad they did. Tried to take some pictures of it to post the next day but it was so shiny that I couldn’t help but get a glare in the pictures, haha! Now I dont want to sell it!”

“I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased.
Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern.
My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process.
I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome.
If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!!

“I I went through the drive-through car wash Friday evening. It was disappointing because it didn’t work correctly but I reached out to the owner and he has gone way above and beyond and has made my car all pretty and shiny so I would highly recommend it and the drive-through car wash. He fixed it. There was a little nozzle that needed to be replaced. Will Definitely be back Great customer service goes along way!”

“This place was easily the best diy car wash I have ever been to and I am not just saying that to say it. It was incredibly well kept up. All of the soaps and wax were stocked (that is a genuine first for me) and the lot was empty at 8pm (there was one other car vacuuming). The car wash does have an automatic washer but I can't comment on that as I used the power washer portion. The wash only costs $3 which is a very good deal for how well kept this place was. As long as they keep their prices low and soaps/wax stocked like it was I will keep coming back. It might sound silly but I almost want to go back again today, this place was just that good.”

“Today, my wife and I purchased our second BMW from Voss Village BMW. We traded in our M235ix convertible for a 2025 430ix convertible. Taylor Lambert (Client Advisor), Lauren Frost (Client Advisor), Aaron Kerstanski ( General Sales Manager) and Jared Howell (Business Manager) all did a fantastic job of taking good care of us. It is a relaxed, comfortable environment. They listen to what your requirements are and work to meet those requirements by getting you the right car for the right price. In our case we needed to order our car to get what we wanted. The 430 is made in Dingolfing, Germany. It only took 2 months for the car to be delivered to us from the time we placed the order. The entire time that we were waiting for the car, we were able to track it through production and shipping right to when it arrived at Voss. Voss Village BMW works to build relationships, and we will be considering them for all of our future automotive needs.”
“This is the best car wash chain I have ever been to. There wash does an amazing job at cleaning your car ,very clean, in and out in 5 minutes and it looks like someone hand buffed my car. “I go get my cars ? washed everyday sometimes twice a day if I end up going through some Construction site on my way to or from work. I love that my Membership allows me to go everyday with no complaints. You could just pull up the arm. Lifts up and let you through every time. Even you can go around twice immediately if you would like to they still wave you on through. I love it. I pay for my membership every 1st of the month. And I can go to the car. Wash every day with no complaints.??”

“This is a brushless, autonomous car wash. Meaning there is no one to wipe off the car at the end of the process. There are four options, from basic wash to ultimate, which I think they called Platinum. We got the 2nd option, which is $11, and it did a very nice job. This included presoak, wash, and wax after the wash. Overall I think it did a great job, and will be back. P.s., kt was 27⁰ out so I did not even look for whether they had vacuums.”

“I have a really great (very legal) hack for saving serious $$$ on Mike's carwash. I won't post it on here because I would hate for it to disappear.
But, if you're looking for a location that is consistently courteous and does a good job, this is it. We've rolled through here with some really dirty rides and they have gotten them to sparkle and shine.”
“The self-serve side of the car wash is very clean and affordable. The vacuum is currently $1.00 for 4 minutes and the car wash is $3.00 for 4 minutes or $6.00 for 8 minutes. The stalls have a place to hang and wash your mats as well. All stalls were open and working, so I didn’t have to wait to wash my car!”

“Definitely give this location 5 stars. The parking lot is very clean. The vacuums are very strong. Crevice and flat blade nozzles available at every vacuum station. Would be nice if they had air nozzles to blow the dust out of the cracks. Moderate priced. And a great location. The wash tunnel is very well maintained and clean. The water jets, spinning brushes and air dryers are nice and strong. Though gentle. I would definitely recommend.”
“Soft Touch has always been top notch and has great leadership that hits home with everyone that works there. I grew up down the street and remember when you would exit the wash onto Whipp Road. I'll continue to highly recommend and keep washing my vehicles with them. Shout out to Kevin who always does an A+ job on my vehicles.”
“It could use a few more bays but space is limited in the location, is the only reason I didn't give five stars. Fair amount of time for your money machines accept debit card which is great not looking for quarters and all that is nice.”

“I like this chain of car washes. However, this location sucks (near The Greene) if you have a long vehicle, such as a Truck. The turn to pull into the actual car wash was really tight. I had to back up my Truck to line it up straight...at the expense of the Mustang behind me.”
