“10 foot clearance!! Anyone with a service van will appreciate this review. I can't always wash at home . I'm grateful that someone had the presence of mind to expand the roof on this building, all carwashes should accommodate all vehicles, just my opinion.”

“Great experience, great pricing, and phenomenal service! My truck is showroom ready! Really could have not have expected any more, interior and exterior look amazing. A storm rolled in about the time it was ready and they offered to keep it in the shop until the next morning. So glad they did. Tried to take some pictures of it to post the next day but it was so shiny that I couldn’t help but get a glare in the pictures, haha! Now I dont want to sell it!”

“I am so glad I found Dayton Detailing to take care of my new car! The entire process was so simple and Chris spent so much time explaining the options. Scheduling was very easy and the pricing was fantastic. For the work I had done my car was there for a few days but Chris texted me everyday with updates. I would highly recommend Dayton Detailing to everyone!”

“I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased. Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern. My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process. I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome. If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!! Try VEI, they won’t disappoint.”

“I I went through the drive-through car wash Friday evening. It was disappointing because it didn’t work correctly but I reached out to the owner and he has gone way above and beyond and has made my car all pretty and shiny so I would highly recommend it and the drive-through car wash. He fixed it. There was a little nozzle that needed to be replaced. Will Definitely be back Great customer service goes along way!”

“This place was easily the best diy car wash I have ever been to and I am not just saying that to say it. It was incredibly well kept up. All of the soaps and wax were stocked (that is a genuine first for me) and the lot was empty at 8pm (there was one other car vacuuming). The car wash does have an automatic washer but I can't comment on that as I used the power washer portion. The wash only costs $3 which is a very good deal for how well kept this place was. As long as they keep their prices low and soaps/wax stocked like it was I will keep coming back. It might sound silly but I almost want to go back again today, this place was just that good.”

“Today, my wife and I purchased our second BMW from Voss Village BMW. We traded in our M235ix convertible for a 2025 430ix convertible. Taylor Lambert (Client Advisor), Lauren Frost (Client Advisor), Aaron Kerstanski ( General Sales Manager) and Jared Howell (Business Manager) all did a fantastic job of taking good care of us. It is a relaxed, comfortable environment. They listen to what your requirements are and work to meet those requirements by getting you the right car for the right price. In our case we needed to order our car to get what we wanted. The 430 is made in Dingolfing, Germany. It only took 2 months for the car to be delivered to us from the time we placed the order. The entire time that we were waiting for the car, we were able to track it through production and shipping right to when it arrived at Voss. Voss Village BMW works to build relationships, and we will be considering them for all of our future automotive needs.”

“This is the best car wash chain I have ever been to. There wash does an amazing job at cleaning your car ,very clean, in and out in 5 minutes and it looks like someone hand buffed my car. The staff is very courteous and caring and always make sure that you have a great experience. My daughter always enjoys seeing the Sesame Street characters they have throughout the wash.”

“Pulled up to get a single wash when a very good sales woman convinced me of what a good deal it would be to get the special winter offer half off membership. Kiersten, respectfully a very beautiful woman, high positive energy, and very friendly and welcoming! Thank you for laughing with me and putting a smile on my face for something as mundane as washing my car!”

“The service provided is of high quality, and the employees consistently demonstrate politeness, professionalism, and on-task behavior. Even during the busiest periods of the business day, which have been exacerbated by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, these employees have maintained their composure and dedication.”

“I go get my cars ? washed everyday sometimes twice a day if I end up going through some Construction site on my way to or from work. I love that my Membership allows me to go everyday with no complaints. You could just pull up the arm. Lifts up and let you through every time. Even you can go around twice immediately if you would like to they still wave you on through. I love it. I pay for my membership every 1st of the month. And I can go to the car. Wash every day with no complaints.??”

2701 Swigert Rd, Kettering OH 45440
“This is a brushless, autonomous car wash. Meaning there is no one to wipe off the car at the end of the process. There are four options, from basic wash to ultimate, which I think they called Platinum. We got the 2nd option, which is $11, and it did a very nice job. This included presoak, wash, and wax after the wash. Overall I think it did a great job, and will be back. P.s., kt was 27⁰ out so I did not even look for whether they had vacuums.”

“I have a really great (very legal) hack for saving serious $$$ on Mike's carwash. I won't post it on here because I would hate for it to disappear. But, if you're looking for a location that is consistently courteous and does a good job, this is it. We've rolled through here with some really dirty rides and they have gotten them to sparkle and shine.”
-
2650 E Whipp Rd, Dayton OH 45440
“The self-serve side of the car wash is very clean and affordable. The vacuum is currently $1.00 for 4 minutes and the car wash is $3.00 for 4 minutes or $6.00 for 8 minutes. The stalls have a place to hang and wash your mats as well. All stalls were open and working, so I didn’t have to wait to wash my car!”

501 Woodman Dr, Riverside OH 45431
“A car washing machine that offers various prices for washes but when you are going to vacuum your car you have to be lucky because not all vacuum cleaners work well.”
-

“I visited the car wash on Sunday. Their soap seemed to be running low, however with a beautiful day we had that's understandable. Even with the supply running low the quality of their soap still left a shinny finish result on my car. Thank you for not using cheap products!”
-
1465 N Fairfield Rd, Dayton OH 45432
“By far the best car wash for car guys. I usually wash my car at home, but in winter I can't! Touchless wash is my only option to save my paint and this is just as good as brush automated car washes.”
-
1901 W Dorothy Ln, Moraine OH 45439
“Definitely give this location 5 stars. The parking lot is very clean. The vacuums are very strong. Crevice and flat blade nozzles available at every vacuum station. Would be nice if they had air nozzles to blow the dust out of the cracks. Moderate priced. And a great location. The wash tunnel is very well maintained and clean. The water jets, spinning brushes and air dryers are nice and strong. Though gentle. I would definitely recommend.”
-
11 W Whipp Rd, Dayton OH 45459
“Soft Touch has always been top notch and has great leadership that hits home with everyone that works there. I grew up down the street and remember when you would exit the wash onto Whipp Road. I'll continue to highly recommend and keep washing my vehicles with them. Shout out to Kevin who always does an A+ job on my vehicles.”
-
550 W 2nd St, Xenia OH 45385
“It could use a few more bays but space is limited in the location, is the only reason I didn't give five stars. Fair amount of time for your money machines accept debit card which is great not looking for quarters and all that is nice.”
-
5 N Smithville Rd, Dayton OH 45403
“It was nice and it sent it was on site they had about six or seven different styles and only four of them worked so that's where they were short the one star”

4494 Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek OH 45440
“I like this chain of car washes. However, this location sucks (near The Greene) if you have a long vehicle, such as a Truck. The turn to pull into the actual car wash was really tight. I had to back up my Truck to line it up straight...at the expense of the Mustang behind me.”
