Marcus helped me with Both a home purchase and sale. He is knowledgeable about everything from marketing to how the title agencies work, and everything in between. I had tried a few realtors in the Dayton area before finding Marcus, who has the initiative to give you the sense that he has the process under control. Real estate has become saturated with amateurs, but Marcus keeps the bar high.

It was time for two families to become One. Finding a suitable and comfortable home that pleased us all is what Marcus made happen. He was a brand new face to us. He tuned into us quickly. What we liked, what we LOVED, what we did not like...and especially what we needed. He steered us to the proper, yet comfortable, price point to get us into what we were looking for. We saw several lovely homes, and it did not take long to find "our home." He sent me a home to view on a lazy Sunday. I love-LOVED it. He made a plan for us to see it. I knew I'd want it. He orchestrated an offer within an hour, or less. We had some competition that day. It can be tense out there. This is why you trust your Realtor. Marcus knows how to get what you want. And more. He will be your advocate. And he will handle business. Very confident and professional during negotiations. He takes you through each and every step, and explains the "why?" and "why not?" When you need time, he is gracious. When you are ready to go forward...he delivers. Purchasing a home is a personal and intimate experience that reveals finances, lifestyle, relationships, family life, etc... Also, one of the most important decisions we make. Marcus was a stranger when he opened the lockbox on the first home he showed us, and he was our family friend when we reached the closing table. Thank you, Marcus!!

I could write a book about Marcus, but I’ll try to keep it short and sweet. He’s excellent! I could not have prayed for a better Realtor. I found him on Zillow and the next day we were looking at properties. He’s professional; He’s always in good spirits; He shows up to each property with the comps/info for you to keep and view later; He’s passionate about his profession.
