Just moved in about a month ago and so far everything is great. Love the location - close to parks and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood, well-kept grounds and the maintenance staff has been very responsive and helpful. Miranda was exceptionally helpful in the application process and even after we moved in.

When i first moved here in 2021, the management team was awesome, the maintenance team was awesome. Not any more… not sure what happened. The management team seems to only care about raising fees and not enhancing the living experience of occupants. Each year my rent is raised with no improvements to my living conditions. To the contrary, my appliances continue to age, landscaping outside my home is desolate…it is a depressing scene, a once luscious grass area is now mud, dirt, and sticks. For the money i would not recommend this situation for anyone.

I will give 4 stars for Alex alone because after approval he has been very helpful and communicative in the process of finding me a unit as soon as something comes available. The difficult part is applying when there isn't anything available but you must apply to be on the waitlist. That's just policy unfortunately. But if nothing comes up before you have to move, you are out of the application fee you paid. I can only assume the place must be ran adequately and the apartments are indeed nice and reasonable because NO ONE seems to be moving out lol...but I'll try again next year.

I am very disappointed with my experience applying to this apartment community. My boyfriend and I fell in love with the community after touring it almost a year in advance, and we joined the waitlist on the first day we were able to. We reached out a few months in advance of our move-in date and were directed to a new point of contact, Alex. We were hoping to get an update on the status of available units since we had paid the $100 fee to apply and received approval. Each time we attempted to contact management we were given short, non-friendly responses with no solutions or helpful information. My current lease ends in just a few days, and we still have yet to receive any kind of update from management on whether or not they have available units and if they have other options for us. It’s disappointing to feel like they took our application money and did not even attempt to find us a unit or provide other options after we paid to apply and have been looking forward to moving into this community for a year now.

My husband and I just moved to Mill Pond Apts a few weeks ago. I really appreciate Miranda and Ashley (property managers), and how they are so kind and helpful! We had a maintenance issue when moving in that they (and the great maintenance professionals) took a lot of their time to address. The community is lovely and feels very safe. The people in the community we have met here so far have all been very kind. We love that it’s close to a lot of parks and trails!

Miranda and crew are very attentive and accommodating. The maintenance crew takes excellent care of the property. Great workout room and pool! The location is central to dining, recreation, and shopping.

Absolutely love it here so far ! The amazing Jennifer and Miranda in the office have been excellent in the moving process. Also the maintenance staff are great got things done immediately which stands out to me . Thank you Mill Pond I look forward to my future here as a resident..

Denise is so wonderful amazing and sweet. It's going on 2 years I live out here Never had a problem with the property Manager Denise. She very respectful. If I had any concerns or issues she always contact me back in a timely manner. The community is wonderful Apartments and area is well maintained Thanks to the MaintenanceI also wanted to let Demeka and Miranda yall are both Excellent staff. I couldn't ask for a better property Manager ? Thank you Denise!!!!!

My experience at Mill Pond has been great thus far. The population of geese can be annoying at times, but other than that, I don’t have any complaints. When I first moved in, Cheyenne was amazing! She was very polite and very helpful via email and on the phone.

One of the best apartments in the area. Maintenance was always on it and grounds were kept well. Also, the office staff was always polite and responsive. My only complaints were the incessant bull frogs in the summer and that like many complexes, you are just a number. When I left, I found out I was paying $10 more than the maximum advertised price for my unit and about $100 more than my neighbor. Increases are constant and very little flexibility for loyal tenants. I did appreciate that they did return my full deposit.

Miranda was simply amazing!! She was very prompt and thoroughly explained the entire renting process to us. She frequently checked on our satisfaction and was quick to address any questions we had along the way. She made the process very easy and even enjoyable. The apartments themselves are in a great location and are an excellent fit for our needs!
