“Rhonda was extremely helpful and patient throughout our selling experience. She had a team of skilled workers to prep it to be sellable after previous tenants left it extremely damaged. From carpets to masonry to painting and general handyman work, she did a great job coordinating all need prep work and repairs.
I feel like I'm understating how diligent she was in making sure it was ready to hit the market, but when it was ready, she found a buyer within 4 days of listing it. We lived in a different time zone at the time of all the work, and she was very flexible and accommodating with her communication.
If I needed someone to sell my house, she is absolutely my first pick.”
