“Exceptional care. Sincere service. We need to advocate for the reduction of the cost to properly care for animals. It makes it impossible for all pets to receive the care they need and owners to have to make difficult choices. These animals are family. Pet Healthcare should be more affordable.

“I have been coming to suburban for over 5 years. The staff is always so friendly and always come out to pet my dog Remy every time we come in! The Drs are AMAZING. Remy cut her paw and needed to have surgery and as soon as I called they told me to bring her in and they fit us into their day and did her surgery same day. Always so attentive and puts me at ease! “After owning pets for almost 50 years and various vets, I have to say that Dr Carey and staff were a breathe of fresh air. After bringing in a very sick dog that had been misdiagnosed, Dr Carey, sat on the floor with her and actually gave a THOROUGH hands on exam, unfortunately to find a blockage/tumor in airway, explaining a lot. Staff was also excellent anchoring Dr Carey’s expertise and quiet, calm, demeanor. Will recommend him in a heartbeat!????”
“Just went to get a neuter for my little guy Cracker. As far as I know he is in great shape a little groggy but no complications or problems with the surgery. Even called after to make sure I didn’t have any questions.I will say one of the older receptionist was a little rude to my partner and I when I went to check out and kinda talked to me like a child. The other receptionist that was there I think her name was Brittney she was a blessing and a saint, very kind and understanding and was very gentle with the little man cracker.”
“I started with Dr Andrew when he first opened his business! My cat Spanky was his ninth client, and when she turned nineteen and I finally had to put her to rest, Dr Andrew, the kind and loving vet and man that he is, cried right along with me, in addition to sending me a lovely letter about my sweet girl after her passing. You won’t find many vets that have the care and concern about your pet, and for you that Dr Andrew and his staff have!I’d never go anywhere else!!! Five stars ⭐️”

“This place offers phenomenal service and care. From my first phone call to establish care I have felt very comfortable. Everyone that answers the phone is always so kind and patient. My 9yo dog just had surgery to remove a mass. Dr. Clark and the vet team did a wonderful job taking care of my boy Ollie. Their love for animals is very apparent here and am so happy I made the transition after many years of paying a monthly fee at Banfield. This place is so so much better. “We started bringing our elderly cat Daisy to Apple Valley in fall 2024. Daisy had kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. They monitored her thyroid levels closely and suggested ways to encourage her to eat.
When Daisy finally had a stroke Friday morning (at age 20), they gave us an appointment the same morning. The stroke left Daisy blind and very confused, with serious heart rhythm problems, so my husband and I decided it was time to put Daisy to sleep. Dr. Snoke could not have been more kind or supportive.
IMO the care that Daisy received from Apple Valley helped her to live longer than she would have otherwise, with a better quality of life. We are grateful.”

“The staff and Dr. Clinger are great! My pets typically see Dr. Clinger, and one other Dr who was also great. Dr Clinger is super practical and realistic about the approach to a health issue. She'll note a stepped approach, so you can see if a more moderate course of action will work and then note what next steps should be if we're not seeing results. She really listens to your concerns and uses her expertise to make a plan. My pets and I are really grateful for the quality, knowledgeable, and personalized care we get from everyone at the Feedwire location.”
“I recently switched my vet and started going to Docton Animal Clinic. I am glad I did. The staff is extremely nice and very professional. Our dog Marley has an extremely bad hip and had to have surgery. The veterinarian at this clinic took her time examining our Marley and then referred us to an amazing vet surgeon in Columbus. Marley was barely be able to walk prior surgery but made an amazing recovery thanks to the surgeon and later to the post surgery care at Docton's. ** update We are still patients and am happy to have found this place.”

“Dr Anstadt has been my vet since 1986. He and his dad (RIP) have always taken excellent care of my fur babies … from turtles, rabbits, hamsters, cats, and dogs. He takes the time to explain options and is up front with the costs which is very important to me. His fees have always been reasonable.I saw a review that mentioned the cleanliness of the office, but I think cleanliness should not be confused with old. Sure the office could use a makeover but the paint being fresh would not change his ability to care for my pets! I go there for his expertise, not for the decor.”
“My dog Buddy has the best vet ever at Banfield. Dr. Stevens is amazing — very thorough and always explains everything clearly. Vet tech Jill does an excellent job trimming Buddy’s nails, and he’s always calm with her. Everyone at this Banfield location is kind, caring, and treats Buddy like family, which means so much to me because he is my family. I’m truly grateful for the level of care they give him. Pricing is transparent, you always know what to expect, and it feels fair for the level of care.”
“Another great experience! Took my sweet boy for his follow up and took my kitten for a check up. They are both doing great. My pup is 17 yrs old and according to the Doc. he's in great shape. His antibiotic regimen worked great to help clear up his glands, the anti inflammatory meds are working great for his arthritis. I was told my 8 mth old kitty is in great health. This is the best vet that I have ever been to. My pup is anxious around other dogs, we have had a exam room ready for us as soon as we got there each time, as soon as we show up. They call to check in after your visit to make sure thing are going well. I feel like they are very reasonable with cost, and again, don't push to up sale. Everyone who works her are so kind and focused on making sure that your pet and you are comfortable and well taken care of. 1000/10 recommend.”

She is so knowledgeable, answers all your questions, works hard to stay up to date, and treats my dogs so well. All the staff here is so helpful. They are usually booked months in advance, but do same day walk-ins. Prices are very reasonable.”
