“We just picked up a whole beef from Brenner's and compared to other butchers we have worked with over the past couple of years, I was very pleased with experience. I had a number of special requests for processing so as to make every effort not to waste anything and while others have bawked at the extra work and effort required to processing bones, fat, tail and organs, Brenner's was willing and able to accommodate. He may be slightly more expensive than some options, but you absolutely get what you pay for and I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. We had asked for the bones and they even separated and wrapped the better soup bones versus the less desirable ones that we plan on giving to our dogs. They offer the option to vacuum seal and while this was a little bit more was well worth the alternative of doing it myself at home with inadequate equipment. We have already scheduled a second beef to be processed and would recommend their services with confidence. They do hogs as well and I will be looking to schedule ours here next year.”
