Very thorough organized report with supporting documentation including photos, detailed descriptions, and recommendations, also summary page with major findings. We read the entire report carefully and then were invited to discuss questions and items of concern. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous but friendly, patient, and allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted. He even invited us to call back if we had any questions in the future. Solid Inspection. Excellent monetary value. We highly recommend CBS to anyone seeking a home inspection.

Chris is an amazing inspector. He is very thorough, professional, and personable. He went over in detail all of the items we should take care of on the house, answered all of our questions, and got the 70 page inspection report done that day. He also stated that at anytime we if had any questions we could contact him about it. If your buying in the Columbus area and need a home inspection Chris Stout with C.B.S inspections is your best option.
