I have had no problems. I have had my stuff in storage 3 years waiting for my house to be completed. So, I do not know the condition of my property. They told me they are climate controlled. I will see. Appearance is not that great. I do like, I. An get in and out.

I've had a storage unit here for 6or 7 years now. It's ok. I started rent was $70 now it's $123. It is contained inside a fence for the most part. Easy access if your rent is paid up. They don't plow in the winter and snow piles up fast .

The only complaint I can think of is the gravel could be smoother. Price maybe come down a little, cause no one is on-site. Other than these 2 things it's a storage complex behind a electric gate nothing fancy, ok by me.
