Visited the Bellefontaine ATT store on February 22 & 23, 2024. My goals were: (1) download & install most recent software update (2) inquire about increasing hotspot download from 40GB to 60GB (3) install YouTube app (4) inquire about paying off iPhone 12mini (5) inquiring about trading iPhone 12mini for iPhone 15 (6) install ATT app (7) and to achieve ATT billing account accuracy.Eva, the ATT employee, provided excellent and complete information regarding the seven goals. Her supervisor and she work well together. His interactions were supportive training moments which Eva appreciated.As a former undergraduate professor of psychology, I would estimate Eva’s intellectual ability to be “at least” in the “above average range.” If Eva continues to enjoy her current position, I would think ATT leadership would want to retain and promote her.Five Stars to Eva and her supervisor!

Locked the door at least 15 minutes before they closed. Just needed a phone case. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Stopped in today to drop off our old phones and get my account set up on my phone. Noemi helped us out so much. She was super friendly and very thorough with helping us get out account set up. She answered our questions and got us where we need to be. I appreciate her customer service. Would most definitely stop there again.

Girl was too worried about eating that she overcharged me. Had to call corporate to get a refund. She charged me 340$ for a phone that was owed to me for free. I never recommend going to this store. The girl behind the counter was too worried about her doordash.

Our Reps Were pretty Awesome , they helped with all our accessories needs , helped all 5 of us find the find we were most comfortable with , and even stayed over to make sure we left smiling ? they worked together as a Team !!! & we all left Smiling ?? & Live Our phones & our service !!!!

Wish I could give more then 5 stars! We just got our new phones from here and Noemi was absolutely amazing with everything she did. She is very nice and extremely helpful would definitely come back to her for help!

We had a bit of a complicated problem and hasn’t had any luck with other workers, it turns out we were just asking them to do the wrong thing. We went in today and Gabe had us in and out in 15 minutes with a new phone and an update to our account. He was so helpful and personable and everything is perfect with our phones now!

After experiencing brick walls in making a claim for a lost phone, we visited our AT&T store expecting more difficulties in replacing our phone. We were pleasantly surprised with Tyler's cheerful greeting, and things were great from that point forward. Left with a phone that matches our budget, and with a plan for adding a tablet to our account. This guy made our day!
