“I've been with Citizens Federal for years now at this point.
They know exactly what I need.
I'm a third shift worker, so going into the bank or making calls is extremely difficult because all I want to do after work, is to collapse into my bed and sleep. That's exactly what I did this morning, at 8:10 AM.
My bank account was restricted. I couldn't access my funds. I sent an email at 8:00.
By 10:00 am, I was still asleep, my account was unlocked again. No call waking me up, no email back to ding me out of my sleep. Just Citizens Federal silently makin moves and appealing to their third shift crowd.
Thank you guys for constantly having our backs,, and making every process the easiest it could be.

“I was real impressed with the coffee shop in this bank! You go in and to your immediate left you pay for your coffee, then go to what would be your right when you came in to order your coffee type. The payment is $5 for the coffee, but 100% of that money is donated to local places, and the bank makes you the coffee for free!!”
