I was very disappointed, when we first got there tonight 03/03/2024 their system was down. They couldn’t take cards or cash, not their fault. When they came back up I was excited, I haven’t had Chipotle in a long time. I got the Sofritas Bowl withChips & Guacamole. The rice was hard and crunchy the Sofrita was burnt to a crisp and the Guacamole tasted of pure lime juice. Now I remembered why I don’t eat at the Chipotle in Bellefontaine! I’ve never had decent food from this store. The one in Merysville is always spot on.

If I could post zero or negative stars I would. We ordered 3 entrees. Not one was right. Multiple items left off each entree. Heavy on salt and hot spices. Really sad.

Literally every item was wrong. Tried to call & got an automated recording. Finally got through the prompts & it just rang & rang.

They never have food here, everytime we have came to Bellefontaine they are out of everything. I don't even know how they are able to stay open?? Literally have signs saying they have no chicken, steak, carne asada, or veggies. Honestly what is even left to order? Good place if you are just looking for some beans and rice I guess!

We usually make a Chipotle run around 7:30pm once a week after we workout and grocery shop. Cooking is one less thing we have to do so we stop out of the convenience and (usually) good quality of Chipotle. The past 2 visits (two weeks in a row) have been rough. Last week our bowls seemed light, when other times the food is piled in there. It all depends on who serves you. This week our bowls were definitely light because the store was out of nearly half their supply. They had a sign on the door and the counter that they needed exact change or card only for payment. This isn't a problem as we usually pay with card anyways. It would have been simple enough to add a note saying they were out of half of their ingredients and we simply would have walked out then. They had plenty of each rice. No problem there and there usually never is.Not sure about the brown beans because we never get those. The black beans had to be chased around the container multiple times and it took multiple scoops to get 1 serving worth. Even then, it seemed light. The peppers and onions were low as they always are and we never see anymore being cooked. (We're usually always in by 7:30-8pm and the store is open till 10pm - plenty of time left to cook more food to have ready, especially if you are running low on something) This portion was lower than normal. We've been enjoying the Carne Asada, this week it was dry.The chunky tomato salsa was completely out (this is our favorite part of the bowl). One employee "checked the back" for more - we all know how checking the back goes.Corn salsa was nearly out and had to be scraped off the bottom of the container to get the rest. No one even attempted to refill it or check for more.We asked for a small container of guac and it was filled maybe halfway. When we asked to have it completely filled, one of the employees used the excuse that the person who had filled it was new. There clearly was not anyone being trained and we had seen everyone in there before. Everyone was on their own and at that point should be trained enough to know to fill the container. All but one napkin container was out. The store is always messy and the staff typically seems annoyed that they have to deal with people. We're done with this location until they can improve. This is the worst Chipotle location that I have eaten at. Marysville knows how to run a Chipotle restaurant. Maybe send some people over there to train and then turn them loose in the Bellefontaine location. We're taking our business elsewhere for quick convenient meals during busy nights. Also, we routinely will order Chipotle catering (maybe once a month or every other month) as our meal prep for work. We avoid ordering it from this location at all costs. If we're out of town over a weekend and traveling back to Bellefontaine, we don't have time to meal prep Sunday so we order this and it works out great. So far, we have ordered catering from the Marysville and one of the Findlay locations (just depends where we're coming from) and we've never had any issues. We don't dare order it from our local location.

We ordered thru doordash! Doordash delivered quickly! However our food was cold. The chips were stale and the bowl was not worth the calories! Never order

Chipotle drive through is a joke. I ordered two chicken bowels one with double meat DID NOT GET I asked for extra corn DID NOT GET sour cream DID NOT GET. The other one had like 5 pieces of chicken asked for black beans got like 12 beans and asked for fajita veggies DID NOT GET. The sad part is I watched the guy double check my order and bag it. I really shouldn’t be giving chipotle1star but the chips and queso are always good.

My order is always correct with online ordering, and staff is friendly. Decent vegetarian options, I get the softitas burrito.

As prices continue to rise, the portions get smaller and smaller. Extra protein costs another $4.50 and the employees are skimpy at best with the servings. I think Chipotle will see a down trend in sales as they continue to raise their prices and continue to tell the staff to serve less and less. A bowl of contents no longer touches the aluminum lid and the burrito contents no longer fill out the burrito. Also, it’s rare to find any chipotle that doesn’t have stale chips. It’s become quite the shame. I’ve been a chipotle fan since inception.
