Problems, rep told me if I didn't like my phone I can return it. She knew it wasn't fitting with email. She even called cricket. She told me to bring it back. So I did, I had to take 29. 99 Only for return after spending over 200. Then she made me buy another phone. Over 200 again. REALKY. tried to get my granddaughter phone a sims paid 67 plus, didn't work. Fought for over hour and half to get my money back. Called the company when I got home she left both lines on my acct. They had to help me get it off. Her attitude is nasty to a old lady. Will not be return ing there. I will be changing asap

Went in to get my phone put on to my account. My phone is unlocked from Verizon. The lady working didn't seem to want to help us in the first place. She put a sim card in it, saw "not a verizon sim card" and instantly stopped trying. Didn't reboot the phone or give it anytime to switch over. Went home and put a pre existing lines sim card in it and rebooted it. Everything works. Kinda rude and not very knowledgeable of the job. Saved 30 bucks by doing it my self.

I bought a phone they said it was an upgrade it's a downgrade!! I can't get my money back on it because I threw the Box away they didn't tell me to keep the box so I could return it!!! I'm changing phone companies
