Wherever you go, do not go to great clips. They assign guests the same as a restaurant does- my hair has been butchered so many time and my ears clipped asif i'm a stray cat. There's only a few diff stylist there that can style a mans head. 9 times out of 10, they aren't there. Avoid this place at all cost. They charge more than any other place around town.

Used online check-in at the Bellefontaine, Ohio location. Estimated wait time was 37 minutes. Drove to the location (approximately 15 minutes) and arrived. I was #8 on the screen. 4 stylists on duty. After an hour waiting (45 minutes at location) I had moved up to the #1 position. All well and good. A gentleman whose name was 4-5 behind me was called (the stylist definitely knew the person) and he proceeded to sit in her chair. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I then walked at the counter for the next stylist and I informed her very discreetly my issue. I will NEVER visit this Great Clips again and will be sure to tell everyone

I recently visited Great Clips and had a disappointing experience. The stylist cut my hair way too short, which wasn’t what I had asked for. On top of that, the haircut was uneven, with one side looking noticeably different from the other. I tried to mention it, but the stylist didn't seem to correct it properly. Despite the poor quality of the cut, I was still charged $20, which I felt was way too much for the result. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place. Very frustrating experience.

Deena Traylor is the best! She always does exactly what I want and I feel great when I walk out. She's very personable and friendly! I'd recommend her to everyone I know.

It probably would've been a good haircut but their estimated wait time was triple what it actually was. Even after waiting triple the estimated wait time I still wasn't in and had to leave due to other responsibilities. Probably my fault for not just making an appointment somewhere, but I thought the wait time would be close to what the actual wait time was. Signed in with 20 minute wait time, 60 minutes later was still not even in the chair.

Wish they would spend time on thier hair and stop trying to push people in and out. Yes we all need to make money life isnt cheap but dang
