i specifically appreciate chuck for checking in with me all the time to see if i need anything in the gym, encouraging me on weeks i dont feel up for workouts or just making suggestions for me.
i also like that they have other programs besides just the gym, it makes it a little easier to work everything into your life when you’re wanting to live healthier.”
