The Bellefontaine location has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in a bank. I will never bank at Huntington, because of this. I highly recommend Fifth Third Bank.

I called to find out if I had anny stop orders on my account. Lady said noLol. Lol. I have my insurance comming off accountI am also still waiting for the reply on my house. Lol. One year later. LolHuntington is a jokeIm closing my account. They will be bankrupt soon.

Customer service is dry, almost to the point of being unfriendly and lack in simple customer benefits.My wife also found $400 hanging out of their ATM and when she took it inside to find the RIGHTFUL OWNER they told her it was not their ATM and it would be put into a Special account. What if that money was intended for the next person who drove up?

A branch manager, Robert, went above and beyond to assist me. He was kind, helpful, polite and got me precisely my documents I needed. I couldn't thank him enough. Huntington takes care of me and comes through when I need them. They're my bank for life.

We use this bank for change orders for our business. We try to be nice and call in the orders before going, but they never answer the phone. Almost every time I try to call them they do not answer and when I go in with a large change order the manager always has a bad attitude about getting us the amount of change we need. If you answered your phones maybe you wouldn't have such a bad attitude when I come in with $300 change orders.

I bought a home thru this bank and they had me pay for their FHA inspection and the inspector they chose made huge mistakes and neglected to do their job properly. As a result I have been stuck with damages that should have been seen during the inspection. When I reached out to the loan officer and bank I get thrown to the curb with statements such as "we have noting to do with it". This is a bad place to do business. If suggest avoiding it or leaving and doing business else where before you get screwed too

I've been banking with this bank for almost a year now and i've never had any problems and i'm currently in the process of buying a house and taking out a loan here and the loan officer is great and very helpful

Machine ate my deposit with no reciept. Went to bank to tell them the next day.. they said it would be fri that they checked the machine. Fri turned into sat. Sat turned into monday and finally monday turned into wed. Most of thr machines are not allowing cash to be withdrawn.
