I feel that my son was completely taken advantage of. He brought his car in because the battery kept dying, and he wanted the battery inspected. He was charged $188 for the inspection. However, the service team told him they could not properly inspect the issue without first replacing the battery — which cost $390.
After charging an additional $170 for labor to install the new battery, they completed the inspection and confirmed that the only issue was, in fact, the battery itself. The total cost came to $750.
It’s unreasonable that he was charged $170 for installation and that the $188 inspection fee was not applied toward the total cost. This is extremely disappointing. The idea of paying $750 to ultimately replace a battery is ridiculous!

I was looking for a used truck when I came across one that caught my eye at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
When I arrived at the dealership unannounced, I was promptly greeted by Jesus Gil Duque. He asked how he could assist me, and when I mentioned the vehicle I was interested in, he immediately said, “Yes—the gray Ram 1500 with xxxx mileage.” I was impressed by his knowledge, especially given the large inventory on the lot.
I’m very particular about the salespeople I work with—I typically dislike pushy tactics or canned sales pitches. Thankfully, there was none of that. Jesus was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he listened to what I had to say.
My buying experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Jesus Gil Duque, as well as the finance manager, Mr. Williamson.
If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I believe you won’t be disappointed

I had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle at Crown Chrysler. I worked with Roger Moore who was super attentive and easy to talk with. I could tell he genuinely enjoys working with his clients and co-workers by the way he communicated with me and the others in the office during my visit. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

I purchased a used car from Everett Mcsavaney and he helped me through the entire process from test drive, to picking it up. He was also patient when we were trying to get my phone to work with the Android Auto (it was a cable issue) and while I went back forth about purchasing it for days. He never pressured me at all. Very professional.
The dealership made the closing easy. Again, no pressure to finance or buy extras. They noticed a few issues with the car before I took it, which they could have not corrected but they ordered parts, and made sure everything was repaired and made it right for pickup. The entire time Everett would text me with updates and progress. The car was clean and looks/drives great. Very happy and hopefully they will have something else I need in the future.
