I do not recommend buying from Mig Rv. They are not professional they lie. My parents bought a camper from them the salesmen lied. So my parents were gona take the camper back. The Salesmen said my parents would lose over ten grand if they took it back. The salesmen was extremely rude to my Dad. The camper still has not been slept in. Mig rv is a joke. Please go other places to buy a camper. Don't buy from mig. They lie

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I purchased a boat, attachable seats, motor, and trailer from MIG RV and Marine. I bought these items as a gift for my husband’s birthday. I trusted the company to guide me to purchase the correct items that would be attached properly and ready for use. When I arrived for pickup, MIG rv had already attached the motor to the boat for me upon request as well as attached the boat to the trailer that I purchased from them.
A group of employees then proceeded to take over half an hour to figure out how to attach the trailer to my truck, leaving me feeling very uneasy about their competence in the matter. One employee told me, “don’t worry, if the trailer comes undone there are chains that will hold it in place.” Luckily, the trailer stayed attached to the truck on the way home. However, the boat that the employees attached to the trailer did not stay attached. As I drove down the highway, I frighteningly saw the boat flapping up and down in my rear view mirror. A piece of the brand new boat had broken off where they had chosen to tie it to the trailer. I pulled over in the rain and called the company in panic. They told me to just put something heavy in the boat to hold it down until I got home. This caused me great stress and unease as it did not hold the boat in place.
When we went to title the boat, in our name the BMV told me that MIG RV had not charged sales tax so they charged me there. After leaving the BMV, I called MIGrv to discuss this issue. It turned out that they had written the sales tax in the wrong area on the paperwork and that I had now been charged sales tax twice. The trailer that they sold me did not have any type of permanent identification to it. My husband had to apply for a permanent number to be etched into the trailer and have the DNR come to our home to verify the number. This was a very time consuming and frustrating process and delayed use of the boat.
When my husband tried to attach the seats to the boat they were the wrong type of seats and would require drilling holes in the boat to be attached. The second time my husband used the boat, the brand new motor, that MIG rv employees attached to the boat, FELL OFF the back of the boat as he was driving home on the highway. This caused SIGNIFICANT damage to his brand new motor. This incident terrified my 10 yr old son, whom was fishing with his dad, leaving him in tears.
Chris Gilliam, the owner of MIG, was incredibly unprofessional and did not return our calls. When we did get ahold of him he acted like he didn’t know who we were and said he needed pictures of the motor and would get back to us. Again, he did not get back to us! I had to message his sales employee about the issue, and she was kind enough to ask him to respond. He at that point said he was not able to help us as this issue was not his responsibility. He refused to replace the damaged motor or return/ exchange the incorrect seats that he admitted was a mistake made by his employee.
What was supposed to be an exciting birthday surprise for my husband has turned into a frustrating disaster due to the incompetence of MIG rv and unprofessionalism of owner, Chris Gilliam!

We recently bought a travel trailer here. Overall a great experience. Gave us what I consider a great deal with no hidden fees. Worked with us to configure what we needed. Very knowledgable people. They did what they said they would do!

We just drove to the Troy location only to find out it's closed despite what Google and the website says. Super glad I wasted time away from visiting family to drive an 1.5 one way to a empty parking lot.

Highly do not recommend doing business with this business. said they were closing and fired all employees at the end of a Monday. Did not close then refuses to pay thier final check after waiting a month on it. If they treat employees like this imagine how they would treat you. Wont return any calls.
Would give 0 stars if possible!

I was able to remotely purchase a RV with no surprises. I asked for the out the door price and was quickly given the exact number I paid. Communication was great. I was happy to do business with them and will check with them in the future.

Our experience with MIG RV was superior to all other RV dealers we visited. The team was knowledgeable, honest, over the top helpful. If they have the RV you are looking for you wont be happier going anywhere else. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would! A+.

My boyfriend and I drove 2.5 hrs to purchase our camper and our saleswoman, Makayla, was great! She was easy to work with and very personalable. Also, she has cute ducks to go with your keys.? ? Chris was great with our walk through and he was very knowledgeable. We would definitely do business with them again.

Still waiting to give a good review. We are hoping MIG will resolve our ongoing issues so we can get our new camper back totally restored. Haven't gotten answers yet but we are hoping Chris will help us. My last review was deleted. Let's see if this one survives. Will hope to give them an Excellent review when our problems are addressed and we have our new camper back.
Well here is my update. Our camper is still not fixed and we have yet to receive one returned phone call from anyone at MIG. It's been there for a month. Brand new haven't had it for a year. Meantime we pay $466 a month for a spot at a beautiful campground and our camper is toxic with mold and not usable. Over $30k and we can't get a phone call. Note to chris Gillian...chris...we are very disappointed and at this point a good review is unlikely. Before buying a unit here read my review our and over. We want our camper. Clean ad not toxic with mold...do you really want to go thru this? Very disappointed!!!!
Well. Good news is that trailer is fixed. Jen at Indian Lake made that happen however still no word on compensation for unused camping fee and repairs we had to pay for because of poor workmanship on trailer.

The worst experience. Salesman quit, no nobody called to pick up camper. Was told camper would be completely looked over and anything broke would be fixed. Not the case at all I have had to order parts myself.

Not worth a one start. Very dissatisfied with the whole process . Took them two weeks to fix two scratches on canvas and to go thru it. It was dirty when we got it. We had to make our first payment before we got the camper. Even took friends to get a camper and they was promise things and never received for their camper. Should had had the camper before the bank payment was due
