“Let’s talk about how amazing, friendly and knowledgeable Heather is. I called this morning because I switched from ATT to cricket yesterday. My husbands line went just fine but mine did not. Can’t tell what to do with the phone unless I came into the store. She was able to correct this in a matter of minutes when I came to the store. She was very nice on the phone not annoyed sounding at all like some sales people. She likes what she does you can tell. I didn’t want to go to a store because of the drive but ended up there anyways. Skip doing it online and go see Heather at this location. Worth it!! Thanks girl!”

Friendly, most helpful, explained the the features and showed me how to use my new Galaxy Pixel 10 Pro XL. She even called me to come back to the Verizon store to fix a error made during my check out. She refunded me the discount I missed out on.
