I have been going to that building for all of my dogs and cats for approximately 46 years. The current staff and doctors have been very friendly. Accommodating on urgent issues. I trust their suggestions and options. I very much appreciated the sympathy they have given during a time of loss and the time they give to grieve there in the office. The post loss card they send is also very much appreciated. The building is very clean. I have never had an issue with the cost of the services, testing, medication, etc.. I have recommended them to others when the opportunity was available. - Patrick Brown

Took my 7 year old cat in and the vet was friendly, informative and helpful. Price was very reasonable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very knowledgeable an friendly staff... A gentle vet... We went for a normal nail trim an flee pill prescription. Clean facility! An my doggo loved the squeeze cheese, lol..

Made an appointment march 2024
for April 2024 , a month later, and when I showed up they didn’t have an appointment for me. They said they could get me in the next day so I agreed. I showed up 15min early and then waited an hour and was still not seen they kept telling me it shouldn’t be much longer. I had to leave and get my daughter from school, which I told them after 30min that I couldn’t wait too much longer they said ok no problem it shouldn’t be long. After another 30min I had 15min left til I had to leave and still nothing so I just left. I was only going there because they were a little cheaper but I would rather pay more to not be treated like that, very rude and a waist of my time.

Had an appointment to get our cat fixed and we showed up and they couldn't find our appt so they scheduled us the next day and we sat there for over an hour after our scheduled appt so we walked out and made an appt with someone else. They truly DO NOT CARE about you or your time. Complete waste of our time and they could care less.

Dr. Reynolds is truly amazing. I’m so thankful for all of his help with each of my animals! I would personally recommend everybody who wants quality veterinary care to go here.

Very clean environment, professional staff, they seem to be certified in fear free care. The Dr. was exceptional. Communicated everything clearly. Set realistic expectations for care. He went as far at the sit on the floor with my dog through the whole visit to help acclimate him to his new environment and people. Made recommendations to wait to conduct certain requests to allow my dog to have a positive experience on his first visit! Only our first visit, but I can’t speak highly enough about this team of professionals.

Had an appointment for my dog to be seen for a surgery. I never got a call for the reminder. I called in and asked when it was they said it already passed and the woman was kinda rude to me on the phone. They said they called and left a voicemail I never got the voicemail or the call. I have even checked my incoming call log with T-Mobile and there was nothing there. Been using this vet since I was a kid with our farm animals. But that’s okay Grabbed my paperwork and I am switching to South Gate.

Dr Coriano came when my horse fell ill.Upon first meeting I knew she was so compassionate and Loved what she does.She explained everything clearly to me and my husband. My girl did have to be put down after all but not before all was done.She was so gentle with my girl.She is Amazing
