I Don’t even bank with pnc. Walked through the bank to ask some general questions. The guy in the middle office was very helpful and gave me all the correct answers I needed. He was not pushy in any way and had the best attitude. I don’t know much about the world of finance and banking and he had a very good way of answering all my questions. I would give 5 starts to the guy in the middle office for helping me.10 out of 10 would bank there.

I had an extremely rude experience here. The teller (I believe Amanda, similar to another man's experience) refused to give me change even though I have an account there. I simply asked for about 99 dollars in smaller bills (1s', 5's, 10's) then a dollar in assorted change and she refused because I don't have a 'business account'

First of all. Every single time I withdraw more than $500 from an account they will ask you 50 questions before they give you anything. If it’s MY account and MY money, why does it matter what I’m doing with the money. Second, I just went in there and had Amanda Pease as the teller. She was extremely RUDE, she wouldn’t give me coins because of a “coin shortage” and I didn’t have a business account. There’s been a coin shortage for going on 2 years now and less than a week prior I got change from a different teller with no problem. The best part was she had a whole box sitting behind her with change in it. Oh, and I got questioned on why I needed all that change. I’m so sick of being asked what I’m doing with MY money. Don’t worry about it. If the money is in my account just give me MY money.

I had an amazing experience with AMBER at the bellefontaine branch. Long story short: she saved me a HUGE headache! I was having issues with obtaining old account info. I'm from pickerington and by chance I was directed to her branch while calling the 1800 number. She went above and beyond to get me my records when every other person told me there was nothing they could do for me. Amber is the definition of an outstanding employee and deserves recognition for that. She is the ideal example of great customer service. Thank you Amber!

A trustworthy bank with trustworthy people. I have enjoyed banking here and getting to know the staff over the last six years. I look forward to going inside and interacting with the manager and the tellers. Although this bank boasts the quality products of a national chain, it has a terrific small-town feel. I recommend PNC to anyone in Bellefontaine looking for a bank.
