Amazing dealership.. Kerry an Rihanna helped me so much even after me not agreeing with the first 2 picks that I wanted after driving them for about a day . They made sure that I left happy . I would never in my life purchase a car from them again. I have not gotten one but TWO CARS and my first car had a bad transmission in it and had to pay 3,000 to fix it and it was used and had to drive two hours to go get my car then that one got totaled out and now I have a new car with the same problems my transmission is going in this one and I owe 28,000 on a car that’s not even worth 2,000. They are a rip off and they sell used cars with the most expensive problems. They try to offer u solutions but it’s always just more money added to your account. One day late and they take ur car from u .!!!! Like are u serious .?? That’s how they make the money and buy and resell the cars they repo and don’t fix them just clean them and put them back in the lot.! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM PLEASE DONT.

I will say that the woman who worked in the office was very nice. But unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the shady tactics that Superior Auto practice. Both my husband and I applied for a car here. I was approved, and he wasn’t. Which is weird because his credit is better than mine. Anyways, they said I was approved for $14,000 for a car. I thought that’s great, I can get a decent car for $14,000. Apparently not at Superior Auto… the car I could get was a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz with around 130,000 miles on it. When I checked the value of the car it was around $4,000. So they wanted $14,000 for a car that is barely worth $4,000 and on top of that they want you to spend $198 down, plus more at tax time, plus around $400 a month for the payment on a car that’s older than my teenager. If they don’t list their prices online it usually means the vehicles are extremely overpriced. As is the case with Superior Auto. If you want to spend thousands of dollars over blue book value, for a car that’s mediocre at best, then this is definitely the car lot for you.

At first it was ok but when pandemic hit and i was pregnant they took my car over 71 dollars. On top of that the tire and rod was damaged couldnt even drive it. Then when they took it the other guy said i damaged the car but he drove and created more damage. Then when i called 3 daya later about the car they auctioned it off.

This place is a rip off if your one day late then they come and get the car they don't give you few days after the due date to pay it. So if your a day late making your payment they will come and get your day they don't care why you didn't pay the car on the due date they just want there money. They will not give you chance to pay the car payment after the due date they will just come and get the car. And even if you have switched jobs they will still take the car if you didn't pay it on the due date. They are a rip off. So don't buy no car off them.

Kerry really helped me out. She asked me what my budget was and what I was looking for in a vehicle and boy did she deliver. She got me into exactly what I wanted and with payments that I can afford and even got it so I could make the rest of my down payment the following week. If you are on a BUDGET, go see Kerry, she will find something for you!
