I honestly can't see how they could have been better. They worked hard all day until the job was done. They all communicated well making sure things got to the correct room and made good suggestions about how to arrange things in some of the smaller rooms. I recommend them and would certainly use them again.

They moved my daughter from Cincinnati back to Bellefontaine. They were wonderful, clean and careful with everything from removing items at her apartment to placing everything at my home. Plus they are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone. Actually we are moving and we are using their services again!

Responsive to calls and works hard to coordinate to your schedule and needs, very reasonably priced (we were so thankful for their affordibilty and diligence that we tipped on top of the pricing as much as we could), the guys are very professional, polite and personable! Takes care with your belongings and are as timely as possible. We will definitely use this company again if the need arises! :)

When I did the walk through of the house I told them what needed to go to the dump (a service they offer) and I also explained how I wanted the storage units packed so everything would fit. Not only didnt they not take the stuff to the dump (yes I know they charge a fee) they also didn’t pack the storage units the way they were told to. They ended up not even touching two of the rooms in my house other than they did move my bed downstairs like I asked and they did put my roll top desk in storage. Other than that my entire upstairs still needs done and my storage units need repacked correctly so things will fit. Yes I know my house was a disaster area but no one had lived there since august and my husband and a friend were working on fixing it up when my husband got Covid really bad and work had to stop. That still gives them no reason not to do the job they were hired to do! Terrible job

After booking with this company, and confirming the date and time, they did not show up. On top of not showing up, we did not and still have not received one message or phone call back. After taking time off work for this entire day to move, we were left with no movers, no truck, no help. We had to rent a UHAUL and hire other guys to help. Moving is already a very stressful process, and this company was HORRIBLE.
