Leaving off one star due to the interactions I had with other employees previously who did not seem to want to help or care.
One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. This is the second time my FFCU app will not work and I cannot even log in online to pay my auto loan. If you call and have them do it over the phone it’s an extra $5.95 charge?? How am I getting punished for your platforms not working? I called and was put on a long hold to speak with the digital support department or whatever they call it. Called back and nobody even answered. I highly suggest not to have a loan through this place.”
