I appreciate the kindness of the pharmacy employees and the sales team, however… I have absolutely no luck with the cvs app or website and I keep getting sent to voicemail when I call. I’ve been trying to get assistance for the last two days; no one has returned a single message, and my spouse is now very close to running out of meds. I have a simple question, but there doesn’t seem to be a simple solution. I would truly appreciate some support concerning this. I’m going to have to find a different pharmacy if this is going to happen every time meds come due, which has been the case for a few months now.

Staff is nice and pharmacy is very helpful, but don't buy food from any CVS. Even though it's more expensive than a typical grocery store, the food is always stale. At some point I needed milk and the gallon of regular milk (not almond or organic, just the typical gallon) was six dollars. The milk also expired the following day. I would think that if the food was worse, it would at least be cheaper, but of course it's not. Great place for picking up medication, just don't buy their food.

The manager and employees are extra nice and helpful. I always get the help I need be it finding an item or prescription needs.

Was sent extra bucks coupons for participation in surveys. 2 or the coupons, which were just received, did not work and said “previously redeemed”. Careful of wasting time helping CVS by filling out surveys as the reward coupons seldom work!

I love CVS everyone is very nice knowledgeable helps you out with anything that you need to know in the pharmacy or the store helps you with photos I like it because you can get coffee on sale and cereal and then they have specials of discounted stuff I like CVS because you can find anything you want there

Every prescription that they have "filled" for me lately has required my attention. In the sense that they have messed them up so much lately that I am beginning to think that they are messing with me. They really can't be doing it wrong one way after another unless it is deliberate, I'd hate to think that they are really just inept.

CVS Bellevue has been a God Sent with providing Covid vaccines, had to drive an hour to get there, but the people there are fantastic. Thank you so much, you are true professionals. Will visit them again!

Pharmacy customer care is horrible takes way to long to get refills on anything pharmacist was rude as hell and the staff can't count several prescription shorted by a few doses

Honestly, I hate going to this pharmacy. The staff acts robotic. They're cold and impersonal, which always makes me slightly uncomfortable. Feels weird spending as much money as I do every month at a place that treats customers that way.
