I would like to give a shout out to the manager Vicki at O'Reilly in Bellevue for taking care of her store, and her customers!! Today's team went above and beyond to rectify a situation for me that of all people ...the District Manager messed up!! He sold me the wrong part for my vehicle which caused that part to break. The teams customer service TODAY was top notch! They replaced the part(s) for free and even installed it for me. Thank you for your customer service! You are appreciated! 👏👏
