I asked for an item I usually get at the norwalk store. It's not on the menu but simple to make. The woman rudely and loudly said it couldn't be done.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell in the afternoon this same lady is at the window and every time I ask for a diet drink and every time she gives me a regular. I’m sure this isn’t just happening to me!
