My goodness! The woman at the counter Saturday, September 6, 2025 was HORRIBLE!!!! No customer service skills AT ALL! I am sorry for your coworkers and everyone else who has to put up with her on a daily basis.
I will GLADLY take my business somewhere else!!!!

Mail comes once a week, so my mail box is overfull, or our mail is never picked up in time to send out our bills! Documents with big red letters that say DO NOT FOLD or DESTROY come you guessed it Folded or Destroyed! Packages come stuffed in the mailbox destroying the content inside! Mind you I have a delivery box that I have told all the rural drivers about! We get packages that do NOT belong to us! No one answers the phone when we call! If I could give zero stars i would!

Kristen (blonde lady) has a terrible demeanor and attitude. You can't be that stuck up and work in a post office. You're no better than anyone else. I'm sorry I don't ship packages out every day I needed help. I dreaded sending something out today because I knew this lady would make it a much worse experience than it needed to be. Lip fillers haven't been nice to you either. Do better

Terrible customer service. Blonde old lady does not know how to handle customers no matter how nice you approach her or the situation you’re dealing with. I have been in there around 3 times now shipping packages for eBay (as I am new to this) and I have left with more anxiety than going in. She is so nasty and rude, she makes you feel like you’re stupid and that you’re bothering her. I live in Bellevue so it’s very upsetting that I feel like I have to go to another Post office just for some decent human respect.

I hope this post office goes away! They litteraly TRICKED me into signing for a certified letter by telling me it was the second attempt and either I had to sign for it or I'd be in trouble with the courts trying to deliver it and it wasn't even for me!!! I hate this incompetent place! This is not the first time this place has not done thier job correctly! A COMPLETELY PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A POST OFFICE! If you work here you shoukd be ashamed!

Horrible. Sold stuff on eBay Had to ship it through usps. Crappy attitudes there
Tracking isn’t tracking like it should be said would be delivered June 5th then changed to June 8th. Dropped off package Monday june 3rd. Horrible experience first time ever sending packages out.
Just getting mail to my house from them is bad enough. After 10 years living at my residence I still get other past residence mail.no matter what you do it still comes I know not to send anything through them anymore I don’t even wanna give this place 1 star

My elderly friend is not receiving his mail. The post office delivery man doesn't like him and is deliberately sending his mail back. It is causing stress not getting his mail. The loop trying to get help keeps coming back to Bellevue Post Office. They are covering for each other and he is not being helped. An audit needs to be done and this company needs to be investigated.

I frequently ship packages and take them to the Bellevue location for the last 2 years.There has never been labels readily available to fill out and put on packages. There is always the same woman with blondish hair behind the counter and she never says hello or is at counter when you walk in. I dread having to ask her for a label everytime. She seems mad when I ask and doesn't say a word to me, just puts it up on counter. I get she may be busy doing other task, but she can at least acknowledge a customer. When she does speak to you (because she has to), she is not friendly and acts like you are a bother. I have never seen her smile. I surely hope that whatever situation is making her so sour is resolved soon. We all deserve to be happy and we all deserve respect and kindness. Paying customers help keep places open. The USPS is already struggling.

I’ve never had any issues. Brock has been delivering our mail on the east side of the city and is by far my favorite mail carrier I’ve ever had. Keep up the excellent work

The positive reviews must be relatives to employees . Rude employees and incompetent post men . You might as well not subscribe to magazines because they will deliver them to someone else . Post man walks his whole beat on the phone and making a lot of mistakes . I have seen him drop mail on the ground and keep walking the all the while complaining in his phone how he can’t get his route done on time . Great
