I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership—my first starter car and now my Jeep Wrangler—and both experiences were fantastic. The prices are fair, the staff is wonderful, and the service is genuinely great. I highly recommend them, especially because they’re nothing like the big dealerships where you feel swarmed by salespeople chasing commission. Especially as a woman, I felt comfortable, respected, and felt completely at ease throughout the process. Truly a better option when buying a car!

I recently purchased an SUV from Western Reserve Auto. I looked around at several different car lots in the area but ultimately ended up going back to Western Reserve because they had the best prices. They helped me find a great SUV, perfect for our families needs. Tim was great! He made the process very easy and straightforward. I also had it looked over by a mechanic who told me it was a great vehicle and not a thing wrong with it. Thanks, Tim! I love my new car!

Tim did a great job for us! We had lots of little questions about the car and he answered all of them. They even filled out extra paperwork to get us a clean vehicle tax credit. It was a great deal that got us back on the road at an affordable price!

I went to go look at a 2008 Ford F350 they said it’s a Virginia truck good running 4 x 4 truck when I looked at it, I noticed the front driveshaft wasn’t on there so I asked him if it was working they said yes so that was a line number one. I asked if they would work with me on fixing it or anything else they was trying to beat around the bush told me they would give me the driveshaft to put on And pretty much lied to me about why they took the driveshaft off They told me that when they shipped it, they took the driveshaft off to put it on the trailer and I know when you tow a vehicle on a trailer, you don’t have to take nothing off or less. You’re towing it with two wheels on the ground. So that was line number two then they decide to tell me that it was stuck in 4low So then, I really told him that it really makes me nervous. I would want it on there to make sure the transfer case is good in it. And they still decided not to work with me they tried to tell me that they would take it to a shop or would maybe take around two weeks and I said OK. Can I put money down on it didn’t say that would be ok or nothing. so if I was anyone Purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, I would really look over your vehicles
