This is not a bank with good customer service Their ATM is always out of service which is a big inconvenience for their customers Chase bank needs to replace this ATM very poor customer service they have very bad and annoying employees who do not strive to make the bank any better You have gotten very poor reviews

Staff are great and been happy with most services, but the ATM seems to always have issues. Used it 6 times and 4 of those times have been with issues that have made it useless for either cash deposits or cash withdrawals. Since it's the ONLY Chase atm, really makes it inconvenient during closed times.

They never answer the phone. Online banking is nice but you can’t ever speak to anyone on the phone when you need to. It’s bad when you try 10 phone calls in a day and no one answers or calls you back.

Absolute worse. We changed back to our local bank and credit union. You don’t get genuine care at these large banks like Chase as you do with local banks. Their hours are not conducive with a working persons schedule (9-5) like how can you get anything done if their hours are the same. Plus, I stopped in the Belpre office to deposit $100 in account and they wouldn’t accept it. Was told I had to get a money order and come mask to avoid money laundering. True story.

I went to cash a check from my insurance company. I realized there was $100 missing from my envelope. Teller claims her drawer came out right, but that's not possible unless the money went somewhere other than my envelope or her drawer. I know I should have paid more attention when she was counting my money, so it's partially my fault. I just didn't expect a bank to steal from me. Lesson learned the hard way, I guess.

I deposited my rent check into the night deposit box .. Like I always have.. They never put it in my landlords account. Mind you I have been doin this for 2 years now all of a sudden I gave them the receipt instead of the check but I have the receipt and proof I paid... Belpre Branch manager hung up on me.. This place is horrible...

I had trouble from the moment I arrived at the bankers window it took almost 5 to 7mins for them to come back to the window to tell me that even though my payroll check was from Chase Bank since I didn't hold an account with them they would have to charge me a $10 fee to cash my $54.86 payroll check. That is absolutely crazy because so many people do not have that extra $10 to spare to pay for Chase Bank to cash their own checks!!! I will never use your bank because that is awful!!!

Can’t call them directly. Won’t answer the phone even when you are transferred to their branch after calling the main number online. Waited for 15 minutes after being transferred before an automated recording told me to call back later or call the main number again. Just have me running in circles I guess!
